Broken shelves

The freezer is great BUT it came with 2 broken door shelves i called and the lady said i would have to return the whole freezer in order for me to get 2 new shelves i told her that was ridiculous so she said she would give me money back but yave not seen it yet

Bought Two for the Garage

I ordered two units for my garage, one to be a freezer and the other a refrigerator. Both boxes arrived as scheduled and both boxes were relatively unscathed. Both were shrink-wrapped together on a pallet and this probably made them more secure. The packaging in the box was superb and insured no dents nor dings. Truly, my only complaint is that the owner's manual is sealed up INSIDE the refrigerator, and it contains unpacking instructions. Having done this many times before, I knew the drill, but just found it odd. Turning the units on required referral to the manual as it is not intuitive. One unit established desired temperature much faster than the other, but both came down to set temperature within 30-45 minutes (both started at 59F). I was concerned about plugging both units into the same outlet due to it being limited to 20 Amps, but the manual states that the power draw is 1.8Amps when compressor is running -- which is pretty amazingly low, but each is on its own circuit anyway. Very pleased with purchase and would most certainly buy again.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was a dent in the door. We didn't realize it until we got it in the basement and removed the cardboard after letting it set for 48 hours. I like the options it has, and it works great.

Bad Idea

Thought it sounded quick and easy to order an appliance through Walmart. The freezer arrived damaged and now "I" have to find a way to haul their junk to them in order to get a Refund. I'm gonna guess my shipping won't be refunded either. DON'T BUY APPLIANCES THROUGH WALMART.

It arrived with multiple dents in it and they left a heavy busted up pallet that trash pick up wouldn’t take

I bought this Convertible Refrigerator / Freezer based on my husband's review. I ABSOLUTELY love it! Although we have only used it as a freezer thus far, we have ( 2 ) refrigerators already. It works perfectly as a freezer.

Some of the reviews I saw claimed that the freezer came with damage to the exterior. My experience was not like that. The freezer was packaged extremely well and protected. Absolutely no issue. It’s a very nice looking freezer and is working very well. A very good value in my opinion.

Great freezer space for the garage.

Versatile unit with four different functions including freezer, sub-zero refrigerator. I am using it as an upright freezer. It is easy to access and organize my frozen foods. The freezer runs well in the garage and it fairly quiet.

Help us

We loved it and the dual use is fantastic. The digital panel on the outside keeps locking up. We came home to 75 degrees. And lc as the code… ??? We are trying to fix this.

Door

I received my freezer on July 2 2024. Delivery was okay. I should add that the delivery guys did bring it up onto my porch. (4 steps) I did have to unbox it outside to get it through the front door. My only issue is that it's a WORKOUT opening the door. It has a very tight seal.

DELIVERY SUCKED!!

I'm not rating the product; the delivery service pilot freight was HORRIBLE! First of all, the guys didn't greet my husband. They got it to our porch, freezer still in the box holding the screen door open. It wouldn't fit through the door in the box. The guys just left without even saying one word! My husband got the tools to remove door, turned around and they were GONE! They were supposed to bring inside! I'm going to post this on official Google review on Sam's Club also.

NO customer support

Arrived damaged. These freezers are not made by the same company that make the smaller kitchen appliances. They don't have parts to fix common problems. These are made to run to failure and then throw away.
