The cabinet/vanity is as depicted and is sturdily built. Even with the required countertop/sink/faucet costs in addition, it's quality and I love the result.

I like it a lot! It looks so nice in my bathroom, has a lot of storage space and overall was a good value. The quiet open & close drawers are such a pleasure! However it was in contrast to the doors which banged close loudly - an.easy fix with adhesive rubber ‘dots’ from Home Depot.

Product was well-packaged and arrived with no damage. Setup was simple and straightforward. Like the open back for ease of connections.

Don't buy if you're looking for gray cabinets

Don't buy if you're looking for gray cabinets. They are not gray upon arrival. They're blue. The color depicted on the internet is not true to form. The quality of cabinet is good but be prepared to have them professionally repainted.

Beautiful vanity but could be improved

The quality of the vanity is excellent. We received the shipment in a timely manner and we were pleased with the delivery. My only reason to takeoff a star is due to the shallowness of the drawers. The drawer facing is 11 inches but the actual height of the drawer is 5 inches. Since this is a guest bathroom vanity, that’s not a huge issue with me. However, I would not purchase this particular vanity for our main bathroom because of that reason.

I think it’s a good value buy.

It has nice styling. The paint is a rich, deep color. It appears well-built. The doors open and close nicely.

Avoid buying because of finger jointed drawers.

Finger jointed drawers were pathetic. They weren’t even the height of the actual drawer. Cheaply made. Skimmed on quality for cost.

Great vanity base cabinet

Very good quality base vanity cabinet. Solid heavy perfect finish and good looking great hinges and soft close assemblies. I used a heavy granite top on it. Much better than what I have found at the big buck stores. Great customer service. Fast shipping. Make sure you are at home when they deliver.

Customer service is horrible.

The vanities were as described, but we ordered a granite tops with sinks to go with, which was the biggest fiasco I have ever encountered. The first one was cancelled due to a change in supplier. We re-ordered, only to have the wrong color delivered. Then the smaller on was delivered but the larger one was not available due to the fact it was previously cancelled and that slab of granite was not available. After much discussion, it as learned that it granite was coming from a local supply house which as 2 miles from my home. Went there, found another slab of the same colors and ordered it. It was delivered to Lowes a week later but they were not going to deliver it to me for another 10 days!! After repeated trips to Lowes, I showed them the delivery reciept from the supplier and insisted that it be delivered ASAP. This project was 4-6 weeks behind schedule already. After spending a significant amount of money at Lowes for all of our renovations, this was most disappointing. They have really failed on customer service, can't get anyone to wait on you or help you find anything, workers just wander around, chatting in groups and when you interrupt to as for assistance, they seem annoyed that you are bothering them. Will go to the competition from now on, DONE with Lowers.

Black looks blue - very blue!

Purchased October 2022 in black. Dose not appear black but dark blue. I doubled checked my reciept and box, all said black, but definitely blue!

Poor Build Quality

The draws do not fit well and the sliding hardware is very poor and installed very badly.

Great vanity

Easy to install. 4.5" space under the toe kick to allow us to deal with the air vent from the floor. Arrived well packaged and undamaged. The gray color does have a slight blue tint to it, but still goes well with our carrara vanity top and fossil gray flooring. The doors do pull a little stiff, but the soft close is nice.

Beautiful, practical, well made

We just remodeled two bathrooms and used Ariel vanities on both. Love the soft touch close and the quality is outstanding.

Well Built

Was surprised that this cabinet came made of wood and not pressed board. Well made and the only knock would be how the drawers detach but it isn't a deal breaker. And the wife likes them.

Very pleased with quality. Easy purchase on website Shipped fast, and I was amazed at the care they took for packing. They ticked all the boxes.
