Gorgeous thick rug. Laid flat on Day 2. Rug is a little darker than I expected but still looks great in my foyer. Very happy with this purchase.

Rug came promptly. The color appeared to be a dark navy on website. In reality it is a light Indigo. It will be okay…just a tad disappointing. Since color is so important to most buyers and colors are often not true on the computer, it would be helpful if the colors were described in more detail.

Great little rug for small area. Colors are soothing and very neutral.

Carpet is just horrible. Material is falling off and looks horrible. Having to deal with manufacturer (yeah, great solution) instead of Birch Lane. Very disappointed in customer service.

These rugs are very pretty; however, the pilling is more than I can handle. It takes daily vacuuming to clean them and I still have small tufts of carpet all over the house. I do not recommend these rugs.

Gorgeous! Taking it’s time to “lie down” after being unrolled a few weeks ago, but the pattern and colors are exactly what I wanted. The grey is more of a light blue tone (not green and not “true” grey”, and the brown is a warm tone.

Beautiful color combo and comfortable to walk on. Nice complement with grey sofa and wood accent tables. Shipping very fast.

Poem Chambery beige / grey

The rug and material is absolutely gorgeous. I had to wait about three months for it. It looks much darker in person than it does in the photos. I’m debating on whether or not to keep it. Maybe when I get my walls painted simply white and get new wide oak plank floors It will look better. Depending on the lighting and where you’re standing sometimes it looks olive green whereas the picture on the website looks more tan.

Too much of the rug came up when I vacuumed it and since it was used, I donated it.

Great rug for the price. Some shedding, but I expected that with a new wool rug. Colors were a bit bolder than I thought they would be. But it still worked. I'll be purchasing here again.

This little rug is the most high end i've ever gotten. It is very plush and thick. i have it at my front door and when my daughter came to visit, she said " i'll bet that catches everything" and it does but the muted colors don't show the dirt at all. it is also heavy enough to stay in place when i vacume it. very pleased!
