The colour of the stainless steel was not as the pictures show. Looks more like a brushed finish and it's not silver/ steel colour like the pictures, its got a yellowish tiny to it.

I purchased this online and was very happy when I received. It was even more beautiful than expected, easy to install and works fantastic so far. I literally can say that the Vigo brand is a great choice.

Good heavy metal faucet

I bought one month ago. it is very good to use. I like this faucet since it is heavy and made of metal. I look around many brands of faucet. They are light. I doubt if they are made by plastic.

So far so good.

Feels like high quality. I have a Vigo bathroom faucet and love it so thought I would give the kitchen one a shot. Its quite large and it sends the water out nicely into the center of the sink. Lucked out as I found it on sale but was prepared to pay the full price if it hadn't been.

4 stars for water pressure

I really like the look of this faucet. Only have had it for a few days but the quality seems great. The water pressure is kind of intense. It’s not too big of a deal since my sink is very deep and contains all the splashing of the spray. I wish the handle was a little more sensitive to be able to control the water pressure better. I definitely would not recommend this faucet unless you have a very deep sink.

Looks very elegant

Installation was pretty simple except a few things the plastic triangular ring that goes under the counter, instructions are a bit confusing. Not sure if I installed it upside down. Wish the locking nut was one that used screws to tighten it at the end. Had to buy a basin wrench to tighten it instead. The pull down doesn't go all the way back in without you manually pushing it back in. Other than that looks good and feels solid

Great purchase

Very elegant. I purchased in gold. I love the height of the faucet.... most gold faucets are short but this one is pretty high. Water pressure is better than anything else I ever had.... the spray really takes food off pans effectively. The only concern I have is the pull down is not as smooth to come down. needs getting used to as its tight. Overall, very happy with the purchase and will definitely recommend.

Beautiful addition!

Bought this for our new basement apartment. We have an industrial kind of vibe going on, so I wanted something functional but modern looking for our kitchen faucet, and this VIGO did not disappoint. It's beautiful and functions as promised. It pulls down and seats again easily, which is important because we installed a very deep sink. Also, it arrived beautifully packaged - obviously the company cares about delivering an undamaged product. Thanks VIGO!

Elegant beauty meets quality and function

I have had the faucet installed for 4-5 weeks and it’s like a piece of art yet every function is extremely well engineered and the quality can be felt. The water control glides on and off and adjusts with slightest smooth effort. The switch for changing from spray to standard flow is equally smooth and returns to normal flow if turned off on spray setting - preventing surprises and water over spray when turned on. And the fit and finished of the faucet head pulling out and fitting securely back has the same quality smooth function. The best kitchen faucet I’ve ever owned.

Love the look!

I bought the Vigo brushed stainless steel faucet to go with a cafe coloured sink (my neighghbours recommended the look: they have the same). The faucet matching my brand named sink was 3.5 time more expensive than the Vigo's AND twice as much as the sink itself! I very pleased with the outcome, the look, and functionality. The extension is easy to pull out and goes deep into the basin of the sink. I appreciate the clever design feature (notch) that allows for the nozzle to sit tight with the faucet. Great faucet at at attractive price that will not break the bank.

Looks great! Just a couple functional challenges

First - our new faucet is gorgeous! The choice of style, color, etc. was perfect for our redesigned kitchen. The only issues we've experienced with it are: The pull-bar to turn the water on often comes loose, requiring us to repeatedly re-screw it back into the base. That can be irritating. Secondly: The pull-down spray nozzle, at times, doesn't easily go back into the holder; it requires some finagling. We can live with that.

I am happy I bought the higher faucet. I can clean pans easily. So far the function of it is great, no issues yet. I've only had it installed a month now.

I received this faucet free in the mail. Could hardly wait to get it installed. I enjoy this product a lot. My only disappointment is that the plate to match faucet was not in box. So we just used my old one. The matching one needs to be orered.
