Great product. Did all 3 toilet change out at one.

The height is better than a regular size toilet height. The fast flusher keeps the bowl cleaner.

Very effective, powerful flush. Can startle a person as flush is triggered by minimal pressure on lever and is powered by forceful air pressure. I am very pleased with this toilet and it hasn’t had plugging issues like previous ones.

Since our house was built we had a major problem with the master bathroom toilet. It was a plumbing issue and even after we changed toilets the toilet would never flush sufficiently

Works great! I replaced a 30 year old toilet that was low flow and just had so many plumbing issues that could not push the paper through the clean out, not enough water flow to clear the lines. I finally had my yearly plumber call figure out the problem he suggested a pressurized toilet! Yay no more annual visit from the plumber nice guy but cost more than the toilet x 30 years! Yes, it is louder than the other toilet but it gets the job done! Happy with the purchase and would suggest if you have a no-go, low flow toilet to replace.

I will never buy any other type of commode. These are perfect height for a tall person and we love the pressure flush.

Got this toilet after a hip replacement because we needed a taller toilet. Looks great and works amazing. We purchased a second one a year later for our other bathroom. Highly recommend!

We bought this toilet for our second floor ensuite bathroom to replace a toilet that barely flushed, probably due to the layout of connecting pipes. So far, no problems with it and works as it should. Definitely on the pricier side for a toilet.

Perfect toilet

Very powerful flush exactly what i wanted. Looks good and works perfect. Would of gave five stars but shipping to store took longer than they said. Definitely was worth the wait. Will be soon changing out my othere two toilets to this model. Yes louder than regular toilets but faster so not bad and worth it for the powerful flush.

Kohler has great customer service

I bought a Kohler 3493 power flush toilet. I haven’t moved in to the new home yet but the toilet seems to work great. When first delivered to contractor the tank cover was smashed. I called Kohler customer service and they sent a replacement no questions asked. The replacement has a chip/blemish. I called again and they immediately sent another replacement. No questions asked. No bureaucracy no pictures just prompt friendly service. Now it is perfect. Thanks to Jessica!

Super flush, but loud.

We got this toilet to replace one that clogged constantly. The assisted flush on this is amazing, nothing clogs. But it is loud so be aware of that. It’s like flushing an airplane toilet. The comfort height is great.

The pressure flush is a little noisy, but not bad.

Got this toilet in biscuit...it was good to know it would match our older kohler items, like the tub. the height is nice...a bit taller than standard. The installation went smoothly. The pressure flush mechanism seems to work fine. We had repeated issues with clogged toilet before and, so far, that has gone away.

Pressurized unit ensures a complete flush

The best thing about this toilet is that its Flushmaster unit inside the toilet tank ensures a complete flush, as opposed to unpressurized low flow toilets which can easily get clogged and require constant plunging! We had installed these in our previous home and quickly determined they were a necessity for the home we moved to. In addition, the chair height seating is great for ease in getting off the toilet , especially for those with arthritic knees.

Nice toilet but malfunctioned after 2 days of use.

Needs QC improvements. After installing toilet it would not flush and ran continuously. Had to disassemble tank and all components and ultimately found plastic threads from factory drilling that contaminated the tank and would float to the top and prevent the valve assembly from closing off to pressurizing the tank. Not good for a toilet this expensive. It’s a little loud but flushes very well. After completely disassembling I can say it’s designed to be easily serviced if need be and designed well. Just off to a bad start for us.

Best pressure assist toilet I've ever had

Flushes completely, quickly and cleanly. Bowl stays very clean with a great rinse of water. I've had pressure assist toilets over 20 years, and this one is the best..... First order arrived broken, but Home Depot replaced it quickly. Very pleased.

Gets the job done

I replaced a standard Kohler Highline toilet with this one. The standard one had a tendency to clog and there were quality issues with the trap where the surface was rough, rather than smooth. This toilet has a much larger trap and a very strong flush. Some reviewers have commented on the sound (what else would you expect from a pressure assist toilet?) but I have found it to be reasonable.

We are upgrading from a builder grade to a "cadillac" model. It arrived quickly and was in great shape. Hoping installation goes as well.

The toilet is very classic looking and the chair height should be standard on all toilets. The only quibble I gave us that the flush mechanism (which works flawlessly) is even louder than I expected. The noise isn’t a deal breaker. It just took a couple of days to get used to the sound level.

Needed a toilet for my basement that had a high water flow and ability to push the waste through. This replaced my dual-flush Kohler that although, had a 1.6 gpf too, struggled to consistently remove the waste. Let me also state that this was not necessarily a failure on the dual-flush toilet's ability. I relocated the dual-flush toilet to an upper level and it's doing great with the additional capability of having gravity assist in removing waste through my sewer system. The key to this 1.6 single flush Kohler toilet is its Pressure Lite flushing performance. It's like a turbo flush similar to an airplane or cruise ship toilet flush in the amount of force it uses to pull and push solid waste. The toilet is not inexpensive but I highly recommend this toilet for these types of applications.

This is not anybody's Biscuit

I'd like to hear from a Kohler rep on this one. This is not about the product, but the color. I have had "biscuit" colored fixtures for years, from other brands. Always preferred over white. The color was always a creamy tone that looked great with cultured marble and other beige family finishes like flooring and linens. But the Kohler "biscuit" is not like that, and I'd like to hear from a Kohler rep on how they came up with such an awful formula for their version of "biscuit". It's got an institutional greenish hue and is really unattractive. It does not coordinate with ivory, beige or gold tones. I had to take it back and order white instead. Terribly disappointed.
