This is a very affordable spa. It is the perfect size for my husband and me and offers multiple jets to help our muscles and aid in relaxing. The quality is above my expectations and I would say that this spa is perfect for a couple, just the right size. I love this spa!

I have enjoyed this hot tub that is a breeze to care for , due to its size and amount of water necessary.

Within 6 months we replaced the thermostat twice and then at 1 year the motor went out. Terrible purchase!!

Can't beat it for the price.

Got it hooked up and fired it up, and the breaker at the cutoff kept tripping. Called LPI for warranty support, and talked with a Mary Baker. She wanted me to take a picture of the wiring in the Cutoff box. I'm thinking "oh sure blame it on the electrician". She got the photo, passed it on to their tech and immediately he said the neutral wire from the hot tub should not be connected to the ground bar, but in the opening in the breaker. Corrected that and now it runs like a champ.Good support

this hot tub came without an owners manual and it has taken me almost two hours on the phone to get to the correct person to retrieve one, after all of that she had me print it out online but it's not the same hot tub!!

Love this hot tub! It is perfect for 2 people. We thought about a more expensive brand but thought we would give this a try first. Not sorry at all about the purchase. The lounge is great!

Perfect Size Hot Tub

Loved this hot tub - lighting was a great - jets were strong. Perfect size - shopped around and this was a great deal.

This Spa is a good investment for 2 people. If you have more then 2 no foot room and hard to settle in. I wish it had better jets. But very good deal for me and my wife.

Good Spa for My Needs, Yet Parts Don't Last Great

I chose this hot tub due to the large capacity in a smaller overall cabinet size. The quality and longevity of the components are a bit below what I hoped for, and since they are proprietary you have to buy them from the OEM instead of shopping competitively or sourcing from spa equipment distributers.

Zero problems for over 3 years

We had this at time for 3 years now and have had 0 problems with it. We have not had to repair anything replace anything however the hot tub cover is in need of replacement soon.

My hut tub will not heat up & the SN code is flashing. I hardly used it & it’s only 2.5 years old. Does anyone know how to fix this? I am disappointed as this is a new hot tub & it continues to have problems.

High-quality, comfortable small spa

I bought this spa in April of 2017, and I am writing this review almost four years later. This spa fit perfectly in my outdoor space, and I have really enjoyed having it. This is a definitely a spa for a smaller household. I would not recommend this for three people unless two of them are small children. The two seats across from one another are very tight, and your legs would essentially have to interlock with the other person's for both people to fit. That said, I usually only have one person at a time in mine, and at most have had two. It is very comfortable for 1-2 people. Mine started making a really loud noise after about 3 years, and I feared it was on its last leg. I had bought some chemical testing strips online that were not working well, and it turns out that my water being out of whack was causing this issue. I took a water sample into the local spa shop, and they recommended draining it and starting over. Immediately upon doing this, the sound went away. Take them seriously when they say that the water must be balanced to protect the spa!!! It made a huge difference. My only complaint is that my cover has started taking on water and is now moldy and heavy. I will be having to replace it soon, but the spa itself has held up well. If you are looking for a high-quality smaller spa, this is definitely a great choice!

Great tub, powerful jets. They were suppose to delivery to my rear concrete deck. They only sent one driver and he was unable to put in back, it was let in my Garage.

Hot tub works great. My only issues are that it took nearly 4 months to get my order and Wayfair promised to deliver the hot tub to my backyard. However when they arrived they said they could not move the hot tub to my backyard because they did not have enough men and the proper equipment.

First time online ordered.

I ordered and received my Hot tub as expected. The delivery was good. The tub has no insulation at all except for a 1/8 piece of Aluminum foil type product. No instructions or paper work come with the tub. You have to wire it yourself . The 50 GFI breaker cost $$$ and total after the electrician was around $$$. It seems to run all of the time even on the EC or Sl mode. I turned off the breaker because I was afraid that our electric bill will be $$$ . It wasn't high $$$, I didn't even notice a change in my bill. I love the tub it really works well. I just have to read the directions better , now that I downloaded them. Just be aware of what you are getting into and you will be happy . Great Hot tub for the price. The Overstock team was very helpful to me but after a week of waiting all they could give me was a place to download the manual. Now after 6 years the tub still runs fine although the ball barrings are falling out of the jets. The cove has been getting pretty used looking and should be replaced. it has been sitting outside on our deck in the weather the entire time, so it is to be expected.
