Reviews

I’ve had this tub for two years now and I don’t think the quality is there. The Bluetooth speakers never worked, the cover that came with it collapsed from rain, I had to replace a shutoff valve, and it struggles to maintain temperature when you are in it. I’ve tried calling customer service several times, I had a woman answer once and she let me know that the tub was built in June and not when I got it in Nov, implying my 2 year warranty was up. She sent me to parts - which may be the black hole of the company. I think it’s where complaints go to die. I called parts back several times, no one answered.

I’ve had this for 6 months now and it’s been so nice. Using it as a saltwater tub

Great product, fast shipping

Classy look for a great price. We looked at name brand hot tubs that are no different but Double or more the cost. Cannot speak to the durability as we just purchased this. Ordered on a tuesday and received it in our driveway the following tuesday. The tub was Protected and covered very well. I even received a call from the Delivery driver the morning of due to It's raining and asked where we would like it placed in the driveway.

Much nicer looking in person, but heavy!

Overall this seems to be a nice hot-tub. We have positive and negatives things to say about it. We ordered on a Sunday, it shipped on a Tuesday, we received delivery notice on Thursday that it would arrive Friday. Friday we receive a call that the truck broke down and it would be sometime the following week. Sat we receive a call that it will be the next day, Sunday, between 1-3pm; we had help waiting. Sun we never received a call and they didn't show. Mon afternoon about 3p we receive a call that they are 5 minutes up the road. One guy with a box truck. The plan was to lower his lift gate to my flatbed, where I would take it from there. The guy got his jack stuck on his gate and had the tub lopsided about to fall. My wife/son had to hold the tub, while I went for my tractor to level it out on the liftgate and stabilize it till the jack could come free; that worked. Got it down to the trailer, but no jack to roll it, so had to use my winch to drag it off the gate to the trailer; that worked. So delivery was abysmal and would have been worse if I hadn't been at home or had the equipment to help; it was supposed to be a one man drop off on the drive, but no way he could have handled that himself. Now that we had the tub, we had to put it in place. The tub is advertised at around 700#, while the shipping label indicated it around 1,365#. I know how my tractor behaves with weight and I feel the 1,365# is more accurate, so be prepared for near double the advertised weight. We had the equipment to move it and it was still a chore! So when it comes to ordering online from a place that just drops it at your front door, be prepared with equipment, many friends to help, or hire a crew; you might be better visiting a spa shop where they handle it all for you. On to the tub. It did have one small crack at the bottom of the skirting, but it is barely noticeable and nothing a little super glue didn't fix. The power connections are on the side with the control. Hookup was pretty straight forward, but you must drill your own wire access port, though that was kinda nice, because it allowed us to route the wire where we felt it fit best. The tub doesn't have nearly the insulation I would have expected. The tub rests on the surround frame and doesn't touch the bottom in any spot, so you really only need the framing area level and don't need to worry so much about the middle. The framing is made out of regular, untreated wood, which was a disappointment at near $5k; I would rather spend an extra $100 if they would use treated lumber. The instruction manual is awful and gives no real direction on the controls, which use the words 'cool' and 'warm' to go up/down in temp. Turn on on the light and it goes through the colors fast, but we figured out that when it gets to a color you like, just turn the light off and right back on and it will stay at that color. To change colors, turn off the light and right back on, then it will cycle all colors again. It heats up pretty quick and went from 83-96 in about an hour. The jets are nice, but not as powerful as I would have expected, though not really a big deal. It is hardwired 240v, so you can run the pump and heater at the same time with no issues, which is something a 120v system rarely can do. Overall first impression is that the wife is quite happy with the entire thing, while I have mixed feelings due to the forementioned framing material, jet pressure, and some basic operating instructions in the manual. This is only the second hot-tub we have owned; the first was new 20 years ago and was straight forward switches and dials, while this one does have a computer board. It is nice that this unit shows you the current water temp on a digital display and shows you the increased/decreased number of the goal temp while adjusting to what you desire. We shall see what the longevity of this unit is, but if it were to ever fail to the point of no repair outside of warranty, I would take a reciprocating saw to it, because it is way too heavy to ever consider moving it as a whole again. Next time I will pay for the youngins to handle getting the tub where my wife wants it.

Read before buying! The wait time for this hot tub is almost a year. They need to label it as out of stock.

Very nice hot tub. The color of the tub is beautiful, it is so much prettier than the white one. The delivery driver was awesome at unloading. Highly recommended!

Love the hot tub, not the delivery. Ordered in March, supposed to be delivered by Easter, first one didn’t get delivered until May. Taking it off the truck the pallet disintegrated and hot tub smashed into street. Second one had Major issues delivering the hot tub. FINALLY had it placed in my yard the beginning of June. If the hot tub wasn’t exactly what I wanted I would have cancelled the order.

The Hot tub is complicated to program. The cover is being replaced already only 9 months after purchase. I would buy a different one. The pros are that its bigger than most for the cost.

Great hot tub

We love our hot tub! We get in it almost every night. Highly recommend. Effortless purchase. All in all, I would highly recommend. You can't beat the price for what you get. We've had our hot tub for 3 or 4 months.
