Tiny Holes, did not last a year. Took out of storage to set up. Has tiny rip holes. Tried to patch them. But the patches dont stick. Was stored properly.

Update Jan 2021- DO not buy a hot tub with heater on the inside. You cannot replace the heater. After receiving a replacement hot tub to replace the one that only heated to 92.....should I be happy? On the side of the hot tub it reads “Do not run for more than 48 hours consecutively”. Well that is a bit tough to have a hot tub ready to go if you have to shut off and turn on every time, then waiting 48 hour. I have changed my findings and I would not buy this tub. The heater does not last. I expect that I will be using it for a pool this summer when heater 2 goes out. I will be looking for a different brand next year. But as I stated on first review, if I get one year for the price it was worth it. But too much work in the end. The other aspect that is annoying is that it shuts off every 7 days to make sure you clean the filter. I have been cleaning it every 4-5 days, but I routinely come out to fine it shut off for a day due to the automatic shut off. Annoying. Pass and pay more for a different brand.

Easy set up and heated right up. Thinking about a regular hot tub but wasn’t sure we’d use it. This is a great entry level option. We got it in mid august so haven’t gotten a chance to use as much being in upstate NY. Looking forward to warm weather and to opening it up again.

I was a little skeptical about purchasing one of these hot tubs. Setup is very easy but if temps are on the cooler side the material is not very flexible. The temps were in the 50's when I set this up so the material was a little stiff. Basically all you need to do is remove it from the box & unroll it. Then pull out the sides a little. There is an inflator hose included which hooks to the control panel and the other end goes into the inflator hole. Plug it in and it inflates itself. No need for a separate inflator. Once inflated position the hot tub however you need it and attach a filter. Fill with water to the level marked. Turn on the heater and you are done. It does take a long time for the water to heat. There is conflicting information. In the manual the rate of heating is approx 1 degree per hour. My wife looked somewhere else and it stated 5 degrees per hour. Outside temps were in the 50's during the day and low to mid 30's overnight. I think it took about 10 hrs for the water to hit 100 degrees. Our water from the faucet is probably in the low to mid 40's this time of year. Once the water is heated the temp holds pretty well with the cover on it. If the heater is turned off it cools down pretty quickly. The cover is not insulated. It is just a tick piece of vinyl with a silver coating on the underside. The cover also has 8 clips to secure it tightly in place. The jets work pretty well. I believe there are small holes around the floor's perimeter for the bubbles, not actual jets. My wife is very happy with it so far. We've had it up for about a week and a half without any issues.

We had a similar hot tub a few years ago that worked much better. We failed to care for it properly over the winter and it got holes in it. This one doesn't get as hot as that one even though according to the manual they were made by partner companies. We'll store this one properly so we can at least have it for more than a year

I was surprised how compact it is deflated . Very heavy duty material. The only complaint about it is the spec sheet said 20 amp service. So so I had 20 amp GFI installed with 20 amp plug and only needs 12 gauge wire with regular Plug GFI. Looking forward to a long lifefor it.

Really liked this at first. Easy to set up. I put it in my basement so we could use it through the winter. After about a months use the motor stopped working. Would not recommend.

Not worth the money

Bought this for my husband for Valentines day. We got it set up disappointment from the start only one side of the "jet bubbles" work and the one side that does its hardly anything that comes out. About the hotest it has gotten is 98 and that's with the cover on and it's been in the mid 80s to 90s since we set it up and at night it only gets down to about 70 so I would expect to be warmer and work better. The filters are trash after set up ran the whole start up it blinked needs filters took them off and low and behold they were done. Mind you Noone had even gotten into it yet. Can not find replacement filters anywhere. Not really happy with this product at all its cheaply designed

Quick delivery, easy to assemble. It did take a minute to heat up and I live in CO where temperature went down to 2 degrees. Company was very responsive with a heating issues. Fixed it right away.

Good purchase

I like how easy this portable HT is to set up and use. It can reach advertised temperatures. Be aware that after initial fill, it takes around 24 hours to reach desired temperature. At outside temperatures around 45 degrees it will drop around 4-5 degrees with the cover off in 25-30 minutes time. I bought a piece of 1" rigid foam insulation for the top and it really helps save energy when not in use. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this hot tub even after having a conventional style hot tub in the past.

I did not want to put a star. The product looks great and was a good fit. The controls have burned out it it already does not work. I need help in sending it back and having it replaced. The 4th day we have had it we cant use it. PLEASE HELP!!!

Not easy to get filters for it and one of my filters outlet already broke. I just made my first payment on it and I'm very sorry I did not try to send it back. I do have to say the set up was much easier than the other spa..

To start, wayfair was extremely helpful and quick in shipping and problem resolution BUT this product was a problem from the start. 1st week it arrived with a small pin sized hole. Wayfair sent a replacement immediately with no voided warranty. Awesome! First month with the new tub the heater went out. Currently in the process of resolving this issue. More hassle then it's worth it seems

1st one wouldnt hold air. Tried soapy water. Refilled several days. Never found hole but wouldnt hold air. 2nd one works fine. It doesnt get and keep heat like I have seen others like it. It also shuts off after 20min.

Got it in July 2020 and have enjoyed it. However, got home today and it’s no longer heating. GFI pops every time we turn the heat on. Only a 90 day warranty and we just passed that. Have reached out to the company. Awaiting response.

I gave it 3 stars because the heater stopped working. I dealt with two different departments from Aleko. Brad was very helpful and prompt with emails. I gave it a bad review before because my hubby and I both have injuries and we were really looking forward to using the hot tub.
