not a good machine

this machine has already stop working

I tried to contact company and walmart

ZStar ice maker Quit working after a couple of weeks. Tried to communicate with company and Walmart to get replacement. No on will respond. I even had warranty. So frustrated with this and service

Day 3 just stopped producing ice!

Don't Buy this Ice maker

This ice maker has broken less than 2 months after purchase. While I called and emailed support, as soon as I submitted all of the proofs of purchase that I'd been asked for I have not heard another word from them. I am so frustrated and will try to return to a Walmart in my area. Very unimpressed

So glad I invested to get the sonic/chick-fil-a ice. It is quiet. And really does make great ice and pretty efficient.
