Defective item purchased. Had to return to store because timer did not work.
I’ve had to replace it three times in the last four years.
The clock is not rotating and it only works in manual mode.
The first timer I bought had a faulty 120v to 24v transformer, went back and got a new one and it worked fine
Worked well to replace my current sprinkler.
When opened we could see it was used.
extremely easy to install and setup, have had the same unit for the past 20 years, replaced the older unit due to failing clock

I wish I bought this directly so I could return it. Installer bought it from HD. Replaced 23 yr timer that was easy to use. All functions for timer, zones & days of week were easy to modify & see. Wires were secure. This unit's electrical wires barely covered & not secure. Dangerous! Days of week on dial are tiny & barely visible. Needed a light & magnifying glass to see that they were even there. Day of the week pins are flimsy & I don't expect them to last long. DON'T buy.

Sometimes old school is best. If you only need one zone this unit is super easy to use. No menus or endless choices of this and that like the electronic multi zone gadgets that are everywhere today.
