works great other than the control head seems to lock up and i have to unplugg and let it reset. had to do that 5 times already. with that being said. guess should b lower starts. but the tub when it works. works fine

Tub Spa ok but shipping dept. dropped the ball

We liked the hot tub, once it finally arrived. They originally sent us an oscillating fan. The label on the box even listed the weight as 118 pounds, so whoever put the shipping label on the fan obviously did not know what they were doing. Then I had to drive 45 minutes away to take the wrong item (the fan) to a Fed-Ex shipping center. A great inconvenience for me.

Think Twice

Think twice. I dont have anything good to say about this item. it has never worked, cant get it to work. have spoken with the people in another country several times, even had an entirely new control base sent to us and the new one doesnt help it work either. We took our time setting it up (days not hours, days to get it all ready to use it and we have never even got the bubbles to work. its been very hot weather where we are and havent even tried to use the heat but since we cant even get one bubble to come out its not looking very promising. we are extremelly didappointed in the product we have spent days and days(that we will never get back) trying to get it to work but nothing. no bubbles at all not even a little not even for a second. we purchased the 2 year extended warranty but its still under the one year warranty that came with the product. we are well under a year and we have NEVER been able to use it. I am handicapped %26 my husband has back problems. we thought this would be helpful for us both and instead we have spent endlesss hours and numerous times draining %26 deflating it to start all over again with no better results. needless to say, it doesnt work never has %26 do not have any more time or energy to put towards this. Honestly at this point i would like them to return our $ and take the hot tub back. no poiny in attaching pucs. It looks great, unfortunetly looks does not make ut work.

Easy to set up. Better quality than expected. Fits 2 comfortable. 4 people would be leg spaghetti. Takes a bit to heat up but maintains heat well. Bubbles feel wonderful. Definitely exceeded my expectations!!

Best purchase ever. Buy it!!

I dont do reviews. but ive had this 3 years now. Took apart emtied cleaned and put back together without directions. 61 year old women. Massage is better than I imagined. Stays Hot 104 all the time. This replaced jetted tub that broke. I Love love love it.

Leaks air and control is hard to use.

Have for two weeks. Have to inflate before each use or once a week. The control pad works when it wants. Hard to unlock and turn on.

Cover defective - vendor will not respond

We purchased this spa, the set up was easy, heated to 104 degrees in about 14 hours, unfortunately the inflatable cover is defective and would not hold air, reached out repeatedly to the vendor and received no response. Without the soa cover on the water loses heat when not in use, cannot keep it clean etc. Very disappointed with the lack of response from the vendor.

to be honest, we had doubts as to if this would be worth the money spent. We were pleasantly surprised at the ease of set up as well as how well it works. its so easy to maintain and the padding they provided for the bottom, actually surprised us to the comfort of using the hottub.

Better than we Expected

We got this on a great sale and we've only had it a week, but have been really happy with it. It took a couple of days to heat up but once it did we have had a lot of use out of it. I was worried about the fact that you're sitting on the ground, but you don't feel like that when you're in it. It's comfy, but I wouldn't want to put more than a few people in it.

Great inflatable jacuzzi

Had this jacuzzi for over a year super sturdy and durable. I’ve recommended it to a few friends. Only downside is that takes about 12 hours to heat to the highest temp and with bubbles on a cold night it loses heat quickly. But this seems to be a trend for all inflable jacuzzis. The price is great, quality of this brand is awesome, no complaints. Love the WiFi option/app and being able to turn on the heat when you aren’t home.

Great concept .. but…

Very easy to set up. Was excited to get in and enjoy. It was a Good size for my deck. But the plug is too big for most outdoor outlets. I was able to enjoy for first 1.5 weeks but then could not keep the heater on to ensure min temperature. Tested for outlet issues and not that. Then I got a E90 error that just couldn’t fix. Disappointed not able to use outside during winter but that’s the nature of inflatable hot tubs. The guide was easy to follow to troubleshoot.

This inflatable hot tub is really nice! The control panel is removable which is neat. The bubbles are pretty good but I wish it had a high and low setting. This is our second on in 3 years, the first one the heater stopped working after 2 years. So we just bought this one because it was the same price as just the heater and motor. This time around we bought the extended warranty. It is nice to relax in this hot tub at night. But be warned it only seats two adults comfortably if you have more you would have to sit cross legged in there. This hot tub also included headrests which are okay in theory but we’re not great and we don’t even use them. But for a hot tub on a budget this hits the marks!

Extremely disappointed

Not a good experience at all. First it was delivered to the neighbors house and left for a couple days outside in the rain because they were on holidays. Secondly i open the box to find the lid to the spa had 20 plus small knife cuts in it and i didnt have to use anything but my hands to pull everything apart because everything was soaked , I figured id just call and get a new lid no big deal. I put the spa up and the top would not stay inflated and the hose to the pump leaked. I will be returning this product.

One of my favorite things.

Such an amazing purchase. I’ve had this hot tub for about 14 months now and I’ve had no trouble at all. It’s wonderful and surprisingly sturdy enough to sit on the edge. For the money you absolutely cannot beat this hot tub. My only complaint is that if the power should go off the pump turns off and doesn’t return to the heating mode /setting. This could be problematic in the winter so be careful.

Total waste of money and time I’ll never get back!

This is the 2nd Intex spa, the first one didn’t hold air.

Broke 2 weeks after setting up spa tub on patio. We called Intex Company in California. and the part is out of stock till unknown time in the future. We got on U-tube and apparently this is a common problem, but usually a problem after a year or two of use. Do not recommend that anyone buys the PureSpa Greywood Deluxe SB-HWF 10 hot tub.

works good when it works right!

I wish i could give it a better rating. but it was a good spa when it was working. well i purchased my intex hot tub back when they first came out from walmart in store 2014/15. after having it little over a year the motor went up. impeller: the casing cracked exsposing the magnets causing them to disintegrated. ceramic Rod breaks or wears down. E90 code. had to order a new motor ($80.00 ) and of course the newer model arent the same, beening the 1st model the motors are wired to the mother board no collar connection like the 2nd generation. so you has to cut the motor out cut the connector off and wire it direct. fixed! well til the next break down. year 2 all the coating insise the heater came blowing out black specks as everyone refers to. no biggy still works fine but the mess. the real problem was the leak inside the tub walls, water coming out of the outside of the tub from filter 1 somewhere it bypassed between the walls of the tub. and if you had 2 filters the second one really didnt do anything. ordered a new tub couple years ago. then COVID hit did really get to use my hot cause i have a code E 90 cant seem to get rid of and the GFCI cord went up had to replace that. so aprox 6 years still not working, 2 years later

I am beyond happy with my Intex 77in × 28in PureSpa Deluxe Greywood 4-Person Set. Setup was simple and fast. It took almost no time to fill. The jets work far better than I ever would have anticipated. The time it took to heat to 104 degrees (which was my preferred temp) took a probably a little less time for me, since the water temperature in Texas is already higher than other places. So that was a plus. I love that the control panel can be removed and attached to the Spa for functionality. The LED display is great. I also love that it comes with a cover. That is a definite plus. There are so many great features almost too many to list. I have been using this Spa daily and it has really helped me relax in the evenings. Like I said the jets on this Model are no joke!! I definitely recommend this Intex Purespa Deluxe Greywood Set if you are considering a purchase.
