The rug is beautiful, it fits perfectly in our living room. Originally we were shipped the wrong product but their customer service dept was amazing in helping us ( the reps name was Paula ).

Area rug a success!

We updated our living room future for a new brighter, lighter look and this area rug is the perfect tie together for thr new color scheme and look.

I have to amend this review unfortunately. We have had this rug for over a year and initially we loved it...but it shed. I kept thinking it would stop shedding but it's only gotten WORSE over time. To the point where it looks like we have a dog who sheds inccessently (we do not have a dog). If I could return this, I would.

Was way to orange

Perfect in every way!

We saw this rug in Nevada and thought it would work in our home in California and ordered it. It was delivered at the anticipated date and is perfect ! I love Crate & Barrel.

Lovely

This is the softest rug ever!

This is a very soft, nicely made rug. It’s fairly thick and has more taupe/grey than brown. It has shed some but nothing like the jute rug it replaced. This is a high traffic room so I’m hoping it holds up. So far, so good.

Looks great and feels good under foot. However it sheds horribly! Do not use in a moderate to high foot traffic area.

Beautiful rug, however took a star off because it’s not a true 8x10 as indicated. It’s only 7’9” wide. I’ve passed on dozens on rugs while looking because I needed the full 8’. The size ought to be corrected noted. The rug arrived in a timely fashion, it laid down flat, and looks lovely in the room. And the label shows that it’s a Surya rug—no need to pay for the “brand”.

Not worth the price tag. Although the rug is soft and aesthetically pleasing, the amount of shedding is insane. I thought it would taper off, but I’ve hade this rug since 2019 and it still sheds daily and, due to that, it looks very worn. It produces more debris and hair than my 90 lb lab. I would not repurchase.
