This cutting board is of excellent quality and looks great on my countertop. With proper care I know it will last a long time.

I like the purchase so far. Part of the upkeep was a recommendation to purchase their oil. Would have like to have received a small sample of the oil too. Not make it a completely extra purchase.

This cutting board is sturdy and made of high quality material. I use it over my sink for extra counter space in a tiny studio kitchen. It's perfect!

Don't waste your money on this

I’ve had this block for about 8 months. When I got it, I sealed it and treated it. I oil treat my wooden boards regularly. 8 months in and it’s splitting already (it’s 6 pieces of wood glued together). I thought this might be of higher quality, but I’m very disappointed that it is already splitting. I have 3 other wooden cutting boards I use in rotation - and this one is the worst by far.

The wood is not fitted nor glued properly. The gap is getting wider and wider. Paid $52.99 and used for about a month.

Not the quality I was expecting from the company. It has seems so it suggests it isn’t one solid piece of wood. Also after only one use they are already marks from cutting on the board again not the quality I was expecting. Unfortunately I would not recommend this product and suggest you look elsewhere.

This is my first ever cutting board and I love it!! It’s super thick, heavy duty and has made my meal prep and cooking way easier! Thank you John Boos and Influenster!

Lighter in color than pictured. This is definitely the lower end of the Boos line. You’re paying for the name on the block—not the block itself because you can buy the same quality board (or better) at any big box retailer. Will it make a nice little Christmas gift Yes. Will people “ooh and ahh” over the name Also yes. Will it last very long No. And if you choose to buy the “care kit” it’s more than the board itself so be aware. Other than that…happy chopping!

Poor Quality

First board came chipped. Customer service sent me a new one. Second board is warped and we only hand wash it. Not sure how that happened. These are poor quality cutting boards. I do not recommend.

Great cutting board, nice and durable, great size. I like that it's not too heavy or cumbersome. Maintenance on it is the same as any other wood cutting board, it takes a little bit but is well worth it.

This item is higher than I wanted to spend - but it will I hope last for many years. The negative is that the sides are identical so you can't knowingly use one side for raw protein and the reverse for another purpose.

Nice wooden cutting board! Just unwrapped it and can't wait to use it. It is pretty heavy as well so I'm pretty sure it's going to last me quite some time.
