I read the reviews but figured that surely, Kenmore had fixed the issue and would be ensuring handles were included with the fridge… I was wrong. The fridge did not come with the handles and I was told to contact Lowe’s, who told me to contact Kenmore. I will say the rep at Kenmore has been very nice, but I have yet to have any quick resolution to the issue. On top of that, of course the fridge is not designed to function well without handles, so I feel like I’m almost damaging the fridge as I wait to hear if I will be sent handles or not. Kenmore has promised to update me every Friday regarding the status of my escalation, but I’m still incredibly frustrated because there has yet to be a meaningful update and at the end of the day - I’m still without a fully functioning product, yet I have paid in full for it.

If it had been just the one dent in the bottom we might have kept it but then when we tried to open the door we found it was badly bent.

Wish for better freezer space used

Unfortunately I feel the freezer space is not as well done as my previous fridges. Multiple times I've opened the freezer as ice is dumping or ice is full and ice goes under bottom drawer. The only way to clear ice fallen is to get down on floor.

Nice apartment size french door fridge, fits thru a 30" door.

The refrigerator is good just had a little damage in back corner and the front door.

Never buy appliances from Lowe's

So far its doing a good job, however the customer service was horrible, they did not give me info concerning the water line, would not install the fridge, would not take the old one away, had to schedule a second pick up for that, an had to pay for a plumber to install it, turns out all that was needed was turn off the water and connect the fridge, no special water line was necessary. What Lowe's told me I needed was not even up to code for my township. Horrible experience

What a mess!!

This has been a terrible experience. I ordered a refrigerator and it arrived without handles. It was two weeks before anyone helped me and that was only when I asked for a refund. the fulfillment center said I’ll need to keep that refrigerator for another month while a new one was ordered. Well it arrived damaged and the thuggish delivery people tried to get me to take it anyway. The next day, respectful delivery people picked up the frig. I’ve had to throw away $200 in spoiled food. I’m done with Lowe’s.

Same handle issue

Should have read the reviews because just like a previous reviewer the refrigerator was delivered without handles. Lowe's delivery informed the warehouse manager and promised there would be a follow up to install the handles. No one reached out to me and now I have spent the past week getting the run around from both Lowe’s and Kenmore with still no option to get the missing handles. At this point I am preparing to return the refrigerator all together.

So, I literally just purchased, my family and I are so excited for the refrigerator to be delivered. I Really hope it lives up to it's reviews expectations! After delivery, I will come back and review about delivery, performances, and the overall experience. Thank you so much!

Check to make sure that your unit is complete.

When this refrigerator everything looked fine. But on closer inspection the handles which had to be installed were not included. We were told to call Lowes,, which we did, and were told we had to call the manufacturer. Kenwood was the brand on the machine, and when they were called they said that they really weren't the manufacturer and only handled repairs and that in was Lowes' responsibility. We called Lowes again to be old that it was the manufacturers responsibility. We explained that we had been told other wise by the manufacturer. We had a 48 hr return window and didn't have time to watch the buck passed back & forth, We returned the unit.

Lovely, slender refrigerator

It’s a beautiful refrigerator. Looks great in our kitchen. It’s the perfect size for my husband & I. I wish the freezer section was a little bigger. I was hoping it came with a pantry drawer but it doesn’t. Overall,we really like it.
