Good looking grill with plenty of food room
For the price I would expect it to arrive without dents and misshapen parts...but otherwise works fine.
After I had completely put this grill together, I was not able to find the regulator and hoses. After looking through every nook and cranny on this grill, I saw what looked like packing material inside the panel where the 4 main control knobs are located. This area was already put together when I received the grill. I had to start dissembling this grill after having spent hours putting it together. I could not accesss this area without taking some more things apart. In the process some internal small screws came out from the area where the regulator and hoses were literally jambed up into. Once I got the regulator and hoses dislodged, I had a very difficult time trying to get those gas lines connected in there proper position. I was not able to put the small screws that had fallen out without totally disassembling the front panel. I have not started this grill yet until I do a test for leaks in the the searing burner area .... I do not feel safe starting this grill at this point. Jamming the regulator and lines up into the workings by the factory(?) was beyond stupid and dangerous. So what is my next step? I can't trust this grill at this point!!!

Terrible
I bought this grill, and there was no option for assembly. I tried to set it up myself and its not working and now the store I bought if from won't offer any type of help or service tech. This is the last time I purchase anything big from Lowes....terrible and unprofessional.
