Machine is great for a medium sized office. works really well. we like that it is plumbed in, ejects the used capsules into a resivouir and the hot water for tea works really well.

The strong brew option does not seem to be working, can someone follow up with me on this? Otherwise it was easy to setup and has a very clean profile.

Great office machine

This is definitely an upgrade from our K3000SE Keurig. A part broke on old machine that couldn't be replaced so we were forced to buy a new office machine. The colored screen with size and strength options is easy for people to walk-up and use. It's nice to have a hot water feature as well.

No resolutions for bad out of box K3500

Bought this for the office and it has not dispensed a single cup off coffee due to giving message on startup of empty pod bin. Keurig has yet to resolve or give a response for doing so after asking questions about machine. Going on 3 weeks with a brand new machine that doesn’t work.

Excellent machine, would recommend to anyone.

This is an upgrade to our previous machine. It works fantastically and makes an excellent brew. We would recommend this coffee maker to everyone especially for an office machine.

Worth the price? Time will tell!

We’ve had this brewer for a little over a month now. We bought it for the coffee bar in our home, because we want a plumbed in brewer and our last Keurig (K150) became so fouled with scale as to be useless, and that model could not be serviced. We paid double for this brewer, but it is internally serviceable. We use a good quality waterline filter as well.

K-3500

Great coffee maker. We love the ejection feature that removes the k-cups without scalding anyone. The water line was easy to install and we are running it off of the R.O. filter. Great machine, easy to use. Highly recommended and the discount deal with the 32 boxes of K-Cups is perfect - great price.

We're very happy!

We had another company K-pod brewer for years and years and I hated it. The unit finally died and I knew I wanted Keurig and a direct water line commercial unit. Although it's spendy, we love this unit and are very happy with it. The unit was very easy to setup since we were already plumbed for a direct line unit and everything has been running smoothly. Keurig was out of water filter kits when we placed our large order (which you need to use or you void your warranty) so we have one coming now that they're back in stock. The 'dispose a pod' feature into the little bucket inside the unit is nice and handy. At the end of the day I empty the bucket and rinse/clean it out, dry, and put back quickly. The drip trays come out easily and you're able to clean them as well, which we couldn't do in our last (very old) non-Keurig maker.

Great bundle.. needs more cards for displayer

Great brewer. Should come with water filter and attachment.. but is a great machine so far. The coffee holder that comes in the bundle should come with more of a verity of plastic cards to put in the front. We ordered Dunkin and MCafe coffee starter packs, but don’t have the cards to put in the front

Terrible!!

I have purchased 3 keurig commercial machines that all came with water lines and filtration systems. I order the new 1000 dollar machine and that’s all you get. A coffee maker in a box. No water line no filter. Also the website advertises free pod organizer. That didn’t show up either…. Very disappointed make the thing 1075 dollars and ship the dang filter. If a business owner orders a machine the last thing they want is another headache.

I love this machine. However, I am a little perplexed as to when I attempt to brew a Victor Allen Pumpkin Spice K-cup, it stalls after dripping 2-3 ounces despite my selecting 10 ounces. I have attempted this with three different Pumpkin Spice K-cups. No trouble with several other coffees, ciders, lattes, or hot chocolate. Has anyone else reported this?

Well built machine with giant missing feature

$1,000 coffee machine that DOES NOT have an on/off timer? Seriously, Keurig, I'd love to know the percentage of your commercial customers that MUST have their coffee brewer running 24x7. I'm betting about 5%. The other 95% of us would like the On/Off feature added back in ASAP just like the 155 has had for over a decade.

Morning Joe

My husband just returned home after spending nearly 4 months in the hospital recuperating from Covid. The doctors and nurses were truly wonderful. Their old Keurig coffee machine had broken, so we decided to replace it with this one. The entire staff was ecstatic and grateful. They have written and mentioned that everyone is enjoying their coffee, and we could not be happier.

Loved the machine, hated the size

I thought the brewer was fantastic, however; I had to return it because it would not fit on my counter, I was so bummed out. The brewer was a 1 inch to tall for the cupboards which have a lighting valance. I wish they would just make all the brews at least one inch shorter which should easily be possible.
