Hard to operate

I bought this about a month ago, I own several Keurig Coffee Makers, this is the first one I regret purchasing.

my husband and I absolutely love our iced Starbucks coffee, but we thought since needing a new Keurig we should order one that makes iced coffee, and I know this was worth it, but I don't like that it took about 6 hours for the cold to be charged but using complete cold water it does speed it up, and watching review we thought the cold water in the back was what the Keurig will use when you brew cold and the tank Infront is for hot but it holds the water in the back and uses the water tank in the front for both hot and cold so I'm still trying to figure out how to drain that water to replace it with clean cold water because using spring water is better using water from the foist, but overall happy.

Absolutley worth it

I own 2 diff Nespresso’s, 1 regular drip coffee machine and now this KEURIG K-brew. I’m Not a huge fan of k-cups and tasteless coffee until this machine came out on the makes. I’ve even compared between this machine and my parent’s Keurig machine and taste of coffee is so different. With this coffee machine, the coffee taste better, stronger, and aroma fills the kitchen. For me coffee has to be hot and at perfect taste, or cold as should be. I have tested this machine with Starbucks Veranda k-pod and ice coffee came out so good. Coffee w this Keurig came out very cold w added cold foam, ice cubes, some syrup and cold half-half. Perfect and at home made. No need to waste money elsewhere. Even hot Coffee is hot at 173F which matters since I use cold half-half. Also, I have Nespresso frother that froths cold and froths as hot foam. Quiet, easy to use and highly recommend it. Worth it. Only downfall is no filter in the reservoir, but I use filtered fridge water. Also, when machine is working to chill or reach that chill level, the reservoir water can get little warmer. Therefore, the best is to use it fresh cold water before each use. It’s little confusing about Chill reservoir in the back and I was worried I would have to change it often and since isn’t removable I didn’t want any mold built up. I had to research about it, which I don’t see in the instructions, that doesn’t need to be changed in a very long time, yearly? So that’s good. I think this machine supersedes any other Keuirg machine.

This coffee maker heat up the coffee in record time and it it hot. Great for making tea.

Works as described!

We get great tasting hot and cold coffie. The brew settings are simplified so it's very straight forward. I was very happy to find reuseable pods that work!

Love it so far, easy to use!

Best purchase for me in a long time. This machine works great. It does both hot and cold coffee. I prefer iced coffee and this makes it just like the coffee places. It doesn't melt the ice either. This works perfectly for our family since it does both hot and cold.

Poor for cold brew

This is quite cumbersome to use for cold brew and also takes a long time unless you start with very cold water. I would not recommend it. I use it just for hot and it takes up a ton of space.

For BBQ1018. Here are some k cups that will work on this brewer. I got the 4 pack and it fits great. However you can only do the hot coffee until the one that comes out in Feb. 2025. You can get them on Amazon.

NIce...while it worked for two weeks

Very nice while it worked. Suddenly just cut out and no power etc to machine
