Everything Worked!
Easy to install and porgram
Did not work. Unable to get refund
Bought this for a fan. This kit only came with the switch and not the receiver that goes in the fan. So the photo in the description is misleading. The switch would not communicate with the existing receiver in the fan. I think it was just DOA. In the end I had to buy another kit from another company that had the switch and the receiver. By the time all this was figured out the 30 day. To do return at passed so now I'm stuck with this thing that doesn't work. It's $100 paperweight. I design and build houses I do work with lots of different vendors and based on my experience with this company I wouldn't buy anything else from them.

Return customer support was lousy
I ordered a part and once received it was found to be the incorrect part. I called to return the part, got the run around about me ordering the wrong part and when they finally agreed to send me a return slip via email, it never seemed to arrive. How convenient!
