Really Disappointing
So after 8 years, the o-ring that seals the drain when down has rotted out. Simple fix one would think, call the manufacturer and order another. First CS rep said everything was covered under my lifetime warranty. I sent in photos and receipt and then a different CS rep said not covered. OK, just sell me a new one. They do not sell parts! Just a whole new drain assembly! A normal o-ring will not work since it has a unique shape. Really frustrating!
Works grate and matches my oil rubbed Fossett perfectly couldn’t ask for a better fit

I ordered this in the bronze only the top is bronze. Everything under the black is chrome which is not good bc it’s an exposed installation
