Very thick glass and heavy duty hardware

I was priced over $2500 to have a frameless shower door installed. Purchased this Aston Kinkade shower door for less than $700 and installed with my wife. Arrived as described - very thick glass and heavy duty glass, we are very pleased with our purchase.

My Shower Door

The door seems to have been well made and of high quality. It was easily installed and, in the end, I noted a possible shortcoming that enabled water to get onto the floor while showering. The seal,opposite the hinges, is too rigid and not large enough to seal the door. It has proven difficult to find a proper seal.

Great shower door, but not easy to install. The hinges need to be a half inch wider on each side so you can get a drill in there straight so the screws go in straight. Screws got striped and had to get new ones.

This door is well made. The engineering and construction are outstanding. We are very pleased with our purchase and would happily buy this product again.

Horrible! This company straight up lied to me about the finish opening size needed for this door!! And now after reframing the original opening I made (which would have accommodated the door) and finishing the shower, the opening is WAY TO BIG! Its EXACTLY the size they said it needed to be for this door! I wish i could give this terrible company a lower rating!

Unfortunate issue by the manufacturer

Great looking . Unfortunately- the holes for the handle are not aligned during the manufacture. Therefore there is an 1/8th inch difference in the alignment of the handle when finished. Poor quality assurance. When you face the door you can see that the handle is not straight. There is no way you can change the holes as this was done during the manufacture and we are dealing with a solid piece of glass?? Manufacturer needs to see this and address.
