AVOID! Faucet broke after 1 year of normal use

Most of the materials are high quality, but unfortunately the nozzle for the faucet is made of cheap plastic that breaks easily with normal use. First, the black button came off which switches the nozzle from spray to single stream. This was annoying but did not dramatically affect functionality so we did nothing. This was a mistake because at that time it was still in warranty (1st year only). When the nozzle came completely off at 2 years Home Depot was unwilling to replace or repair it.

Quality faucet and sink duo

I build spec homes and this faucet sink combo is a winner! I prefer the brushed nickel, as I read reviews that the black matte chips. I originally ordered the black matte/chrome combo and I didn't like the look. After returning it, I ordered the brushed nickel and a smaller matching sink which is still plenty big enough to fit baking pans. I have limited counterspace so length of the sink was important. The sink feels high quality, and the brushed nickel faucet is very attractive.

Exceeded expectations!

We have had a Kraus commercial style faucet in our kitchen for more than five years. It’s solidly made, efficient, and beautiful. So when shopping for our basement bathroom/laundry room renovation we started by knowing what faucet we wanted for a new oversized utility sink. And look what we found! The Kraus sink is heavy duty steel, it comes with the bottom rack (an important detail) and all needed to install. The “package” also included the soap dispenser and the exact faucet which we had already chosen - for a lower price than if we had purchased each part separately. In some marvellous way the searches on the Home Depot website successfully matched what we were looking at separately with an offer that included them in one purchase. Delivery promptly followed our online order.

This sink is AWESOME!!! It’s so deep and I love that it comes with a rack to prevent the sink from getting scratched on the bottom. The faucet is beautiful and switches seamlessly between the two water settings. The soap dispenser is perfect too...once I figured out that it’s a top loading soap dispenser. All you need to do is pull it out from the top, pour in your soap, and put it back in. I went under the sink and that was a disaster! *** I’m taking off a star because I ordered a stainless steel faucet which looks extremely dull. Not at all like the shinier metal in the pictures. Had I known it was going to be that drastic, I would have ordered CHROME. Not stainless steel/chrome but regular old chrome. So unfortunately, this does not have that pop I was looking for in my sink area but I don’t dislike it enough to uninstall it and have it sent back. Overall, a very nice sink, faucet, and soap dispenser for the money.
