Works fine but the lid does not stay up by itself. I have to.hold it open. Difficult to pour water from the coffee pot into the coffee maker.

It's fast, has a small footprint, and a pleasing design. So why only 2 stars? Because the fill lid constantly falls down. Very annoying every morning.

Coffee maker works great, but the lid isn't great. I often spill coffee when pouring it.

I like it really well but…

I really like this coffee maker really well except when it arrived it was cracked in the corner. I’ve use it and it didn’t interfere with the coffee making process. I like it so well, so I decided just to keep it. I love it doesn’t have all that fancy stuff. Just put your water and coffee in it and it makes a great cup of coffee. I would highly recommend the Krups brand. And I really like the reusable coffee filter.

Easy to use, durable, reliable

Like the reusable filter. Like the simple on/off button with auto off after 60 minutes. No clocks/timers or resetting after unplugging or power failures. Suggest running plain water through at least 3cycles before brewing first batch of coffee. Over five years of service with the first one. This is repeat purchase

Solid Straightforward Brewer

This was purchased as a gift so I can't attest to its brewing capability but it is a sleek straightforward brewer, looks great.

A handsome appliance and makes excellent coffee. My fault but my only complaint is that it is slightly taller than my previous coffee maker (not Krups) and, therefore, doesn't fit in my cabinet. I'll have to find another place to store it as it's too big for one person's needs and doesn't need to sit on the counter daily; I have a 4-cup maker for that.

It has only been used a few months and makes a loud racket while brewing. Also the lid now won't remain open without holding it up to fill.

Nice item, pricey, brews bitter coffee even after several tries. So disappointed! Plan to donate, hoping someone else might benefit from it instead.

It’s adorable and I love it! The cover seems to need an extra push to stay open.

Just what I was looking for, no bells and whistles, just a good,solid coffeemaker! It small and very nice looking! Only thing I would change is the pour lip...I'm working on myself how to pour without spilling/dripping down the carafe!

plastic interior

I obviously did not do enough research as I'd ordered this to eliminate plastic. The exterior may be stainless steel but the interior is all plastic.

this purchase went well but same day attempted purchase of a large grocery order not so well - got hung up trying to finalize payment with ebt card for payment - something wrong with system as this card is a different one than the last time the same thing happened with a different card - GUESS NO MORE GROCERYS FROM WALMART
