In Love!

Love this rug! It’s a thinner rug but I like that. The pattern is perfect for the look I was going for. The color varies depending upon the lighting. When it is super bright in the room you can see the moss color but when it’s darker it gives more of a brown color. I’m completely fine with it. I love the way it completes the space.

Fantastic rug!

Beautiful rug! The colors in a camera definitely show more brown than in person. The rug definitely has a mossy green color but it’s gorgeous! The Pill is low which makes vacuuming very easy. Does take a few days to flatten out, but that’s not a big deal.

We returned this product. First of all, it came folded, not rolled, so many wrinkles to settle out. It was very thin and the colors were dull. I thought when I unrolled it, that I was looking at the back side of the rug but it was the front. I thank Home Depot for the ease of returning it.

Rug color

If you need a green rug specifically do not risk it. The one I received had ZERO green in it. Was totally brown. I sent a picture with a photo of their representation directly on top of my rug. Difference was obvious. That in itself is not a big deal-it happens. But they flat out said there wasn’t a big enough difference to justify the shipping costs for return. Seriously bad customer service.

Love this rug! There is a soft backing so I do not need a rug pad, very low pile so easy to clean, doesn’t snag and love the subtle colors. Depending on what colors you have in your room, you pull out those accents in the rug. Very happy with this purchase!

Love it. Thin but good quality, soft and well made. Great value for the money. Loved the online tool so I could see what it looked like in the room before I purchased. Exactly as pictured. So happy!

Great Rug - Perfect for high traffic / easy to clean

Great rug! Exactly what we wanted. We have another of these (different pattern) and they are perfect for high traffic and easy to clean! Pictures show a bit more green tones online than in person but overall very happy!

The Layla Antique/Moss printed rug from Loloi through Houzz is exactly as described online. The rug was received rolled (not folded) which, is great! It was easy to remove the packaging, unroll, and it laid flat immediately with no creases or curled edges. I did go ahead and apply rug tape to each corner to ensure the rug does not move or slide just from general foot traffic because the rug does not have a latex or non-slip backing. However, it does remain in place a little better than most rugs with a jute or fabric on the back. The print is very subtle, and the colors are muted (beige, ivory, sage, slight blue hints, and charcoal). The online photographs are very true to the rug's appearance so, "what you see, is what you get." LOL. I have multiple rugs to replace in my home and I was looking for lighter weight, low pile, thin, and soft rugs that could be easily cleaned, Loloi has delivered on this with my new Layla. I do plan to be a repeat customer of this brand and I certainly hope my review helps those who may be on the fence with purchasing a rug through Houzz from Loloi. Highly recommend! Less

Good Rug, Bad Delivery Method

The rug looks nice for the price, so I would say it’s a good value. Unfortunately, it was delivered folded up in a box causing many creases with some creases being unfixable. I told customer service and they basically told me to steam and iron the rug. I had a better experience ordering a rug from Amazon because they delivered the rug rolled-up so there were no creases. No ironing, steaming, or extra work needed!

Love it, but it fades

I love this rug so much that I repurchased 3 years after the same exact rug. It’s easy to clean and it’s really pretty. The downside is it does fade easy. The parts where my couch covered are in original colors compared to the walking areas. Even faded, it still looks decent. I repurchased because it works for our home with pets.

I found out about these rugs through a furnished model home. Apparently many interior designers use these. The quality was good for my needs. Looks great in my study. I have only had it for about one month but so far it has held up very well with my 2 dogs.Would highly recommend. Looks expensive but very reasonably priced.

Way better than expected!

So pleasantly surprised at the quality and look of this rug! It's actually soft to the touch to walk on. It has nice finished edges so it is made much better than I expected. I love the look of the muted design in dark colors. I think the rug looks great on my hardwood floor and looks more expensive than it is. I want to buy more but they're sold out already! Please restock!! :)

MUCH Much Lighter in Person

(Antique/Moss) Rugs Direct speed of delivery was great and the price was great. Good packing and no damages to rug when opening it. Unfortunately this rug looked nothing like the pictures. Its so distressed that it looks more silver and white with dark lines than the green color I was hoping for. It's so hard to find cool green rugs so I was really excited for this one but unfortunately it is nothing like I was hoping for so am going to return it. I've found this to be true of all Loloi rugs though. The coloring is never as dark or saturated as the pictures advertise. Keep that in mind. Some come back closer than others. The designs and price are so good though that it's hard to bypass.

Lovely rug, Lays flat, Walmart redeemed

After comparison shopping, the price impressed me, but I was worried about three things when I ordered this online. 1) I had read negative reviews about the thinness and was worried this would be a flimsy rug that would bunch you or slide around when walking on it. That has not been a problem (and Im not even using a rug pad yet. 2) I usually buy environmentally friendly rugs made of natural fibers, so I was worried about a chemical smell (I tend to be sensitive to such things). That has not been an issue either; even right out of the bag, I didnt smell anything and havent had any negative reactions such as headaches from it. 3) I was concerned about the colors being different online than in person, since I was trying to coordinate with some items already in the room. That was not a problem either. It looks just as I imagined from the pictures.Overall, this is a beautiful rug, doesnt shed (which is important since we use it in an exercise room and are down on the floor a lot), and lays flat without bunching up. This is my third order from Walmart online; the first two were an absolute nightmare (they did finally make it right after we invested a lot of time and effort following up). It was going to be three-strikes-and-youre-out, but Im happy to report that Walmart has redeemed itself. Delivery was fast and simple, and packaging was sufficient to protect the item. Im loving my new rug. Less
