Best looking option

I ordered several grab bars from different manufacturers and the Lenoir angled bar from Signature Hardware was the best looking - it’s just slightly slimmer, the wall flanges are a more graceful shape. It looks less clunky and institutional than most grab bars. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful

I bought the oil rubbed bronze and thought it was beautiful, but unfortunately it didn't match the oil rubbed bronze grab bar I already had installed - which was sad because the Lenoir was actually much more beautiful! That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars because of the color and therefore I had to return it. But if it had been the correct color I would have installed it. Very graceful piece.

I'm 72 years old this year! I recently purchased this Grab Bar and only wish I had this hand bar by my bathroom toilet when for the first time I installed it back in 1986. WOW! does it make it easy to get up!

worked just like planned

This one was made great. Bought a prior similar one from BK hardware which cost more and was a piece of junk they sent. it had already been returned by somebody else. It had been scratched the end caps had no way of attaching to cover the mounting screws and the wall mount plate did not fasten tightly to the bar so it would not be secure when grabbed. Worse thing I ever saw. I returned it to them and have yet to get a refund and they want a restocking fee and I had to pay the return shipping.. Avoid BK hardware like a plague.

Quality is not there for a grab bar

I bought this about a year ago and tried to install it yesterday. It is a poor quality grab bar. The flange is not wide enough and I would not use it to support anyone, let alone a 250 pound person. My disabled, 50 year old brother was able to bend this bar (it is so soft). We purchased another bar at a local hardware store which I felt could support a person grabbing it. Glad we did not install it. See photo of bent bar.

Excellent Grab Bar

I ordered 2 of the 17" polished brass angled rails/bars to assist me when getting up. I had no idea the look & quality would be so good!! My contractor was very pleased with the look & quality. Delivery was fast & free.

Sleek and solid

Contractor installed one in our shower, and one beside our tub last year, and they still look brand new. We do wipe them down after bathing, though. They are as solid as I'd hoped, being made of heavy brass tubing and screwed to custom blocking behind new tile walls. I was concerned that my wish for grab bars that didn't look institutional might make me regret choosing these 1" diameter ones, but they are easy to hold for safety's sake, even for my husband. We just ordered another to install in his relative's shower. Very pleased with the look and quality.

Love the two bars I ordered. The only issue is that the two I ordered do not really match each other. One is a blacker color. But did not want the hassle of sending one back and re-ordering. Figured I would have the same problem. One was the angled Lenoir angelec bar (LOVE IT!!!) The other was just an 18 inch straight bar. It is nice but wish I had gotten a longer one.
