Bad Description
Reading the label and purchasing the product what it was going to stick the most surfaces I was very surprised to see that it doesn’t stick very well to PVC and it takes a long time to dry. I was trying to stick PVC to wood. Also tried using it for plastic Gutters product never got dry enough to stick What a nightmare had to tape it up overnight before it would actually stickdid a much better job sticking to my fingers though
This was my, do it yourself, cobbler fix. I bought used golf shoes on eBay. They looked in great shape in appearance. Unfortunately, the soles on the right shoe fell off by the 6th hole. The sole of left shoe was beginning to detach as well. Super glue didn’t work picture was my last attempt to resurrect these shoes. So far they, after three rounds, glued and screwed, was the solution.
My preferred choice now
Normally use whichever 3M product necessary for the job but now have switched over to this Loctite sealant. Easier to work with, cures much quicker and the finished results looks perfect. Some people may have had bad tubes complaining about it being thick, but I’ve found even in cooler conditions the complete opposite. Just used up a tube from last season that was completely usable after removing a small amount of sealant from the tip. The cap seems to seal considerably better than other products I’ve thrown out before emptying
This is a pretty good product, but it is not Instant Grab as advertised. However, if you hold it in position long enough for it to grab, it dries strong. I have had problems with this product in the past, not working at all, and called the manufacturer, who told me to look at an expiration date. When that was past, he said it's not gonna work, and throw it away. I vaguely remember that the product did have an instant grab some years ago, and think that's gone.

Loctite Holds! I had an art project that required a very strong, permanent grip. 3 separate pieces of mounted canvas needed to be stuck together and hung on our stairwell wall. I really didn’t want it to fall apart!

[Rewarded Review] Worked great for book nook
I was making a book nook and wanted to try a new adhesive for gluing the wooden pieces which make up the outside of the nook. This worked great! It was not runny and provided 15 minutes during which I could reposition the pieces. I did let it sit undisturbed the full 12 hours the instructions stated. Although the wood I used was square when I started, some of the items I used inside warped it a tiny bit. For that reason, the pieces did not fit together perfectly. I was able to use this adhesive to fill up the tiny gaps as I glued it. I am very pleased with the outcome and intend to use this for all my book nooks and more! I do wish it had a fine point adaptor as it would make it more precise to apply. This tube applies much like toothpaste. That's a pretty large ribbon of adhesive. I used my finger to clean it up and it washed off easily. The instructions do show a fine point adaptor. But it must come on a different size. When I have to purchase again I will look for that as it will make using this much more precise.
squeeze tube is a plus, decent instant grab
I like having my adhesives in a squeeze tube. When I use a caulk gun, I have to open a whole tube and it doesn't seal well...ends up wasting the whole tube. However, with this screw-top Loctite, I can use small amounts of adhesive, reseal, and it's ready to go another day. I have literally saved probably $100+ dollars this past year by switching to a squeeze tube. Also, the grab power of this stuff is quite good. I like it like any other. One pro to add is that it has Instant Grab, so whatever I'm gluing seems to hold itself together while the adhesive sets up. Saved me from using clamps or from having to stand there and hold it for 5+ minutes. I usually just get a piece of construction tape to hold it while the Loctite dries fully.
