Great vanity in contrast to some reviews on here!

After reading some of the 2 star reviews, I was concerned. I'm relieved to see that at least in my experience, this is a great vanity for the price. At high end modern bathroom appliance stores, vanities there are upwards of $3,000. The value of this is great and it still evokes a modern high end feel. Just keep in mind the espresso color is closer to black. It's a good thing black works well for my Japandi bathroom. Make sure you get a high faucet good for a vessel sink as that is not included.

Guest bath

Purchased for guest bath. Not thrilled with quality, but contractor was able to recess medicine cabinet and add a back to it.

Changing color of counter top

Recently the color of the counter top is turned yellow

Missing SInk

I read the reviews when I ordered this but decided to anyway. Mistake. First, they gave me a delivery date of March 11th, they missed that, then they said it would be April 1st, then it showed up on March 18th. I thought great because my contractor was there to install this along with some other work, so it got attached to the wall. Next, when we noticed the vessel sink was missing.

Looks beautiful but poorly constructed. Drawer does not slide easily. Top drawer in description appears like a functional drawer but is not.

Espresso is black - no brown

We've tried every color flooring to get the Espresso to look like the rich deep brown in the photo. Nope, completely black. That's a bummer. Otherwise I like the unit. I'll update after we install to see if I concur with any of the poorer reviews. (The drain comes with a faucet purchased separately.)

Drawer paint peeling off

Within 3 months of purchase, the paint started peeling off. I called the manufacturer for refund but they do have not responded.

This sink is fabulous BUT do NOT order the faucet that houzz pairs it with. It is the wrong faucet and is not tall enough for this sink.

Not impressive for the price

This is a very simple vanity. The wood and the hardware is just average. There is only one drawer and the top one with the handle is a faux drawer. The one that is a drawer is so tiny that you can put 4 toilet papers . The finish of the vanity is not great, looks like cheap wood. I will not suggest Fresca products for such high prices.

Modern sink adds space

We replaced the pedestal sink in our powder room with this floating sink and I love it. I hate pedestal sinks because there is nowhere to put anything like towels or toilet paper or whatever you might need in the bathroom. The sink provided enough space and looks very Modern.

Very poor quality. You can't install it as written with the little brackets provided - we had to spend another $1,000 to adhere it to the wall correctly by opening up the wall, etc. I would not purchase anything from this company again.

The vanity looks great and I love the look of the all white quartz top and the clean lines. It has exactly the look I was going for . . . and should make cleaning a breeze.I knew when I bought it that the top drawer was only a false panel, not a drawer, but it would have been nice to have two drawers. The cabinet seems well constructed and my contractor didn't have any issues installing it. When my new guest bath is complete, I will try to update with photos.

Looks pretty but the drawers are poor quality

The drawer sliding mechanism is very poor quality and will never move back and forth smoothly. They do not provide much storage either. I am sorry I ordered this cabinet.

Well we were super excited to get this and the sink and counter is beautiful. However the wood frame is not a good quality. As you can see the drawer has already broke and I had to put in two wood screws to keep it together. Super frustrating. For the thousands we spent this is very disappointing. No idea how long these drawers will last since we pull on them every day.

After the vanity is installed it looks good but it will be very very lengthy process for installation for the average person or even a contractor. The hooks on this sink are not strong and our contractor had to spend an extra day just installing this. Def not worth the price.

The installation description did not include any information about the plumbing lines location on the wall. The cabinet had to be modified to work. There was a mark on the inside of the cabinet where paint was scuffed off. A lot of money for this piece.

I am happy with the vanity, but in all honesty, if you have a chance to order it from somewhere else I would - it took us over a month to receive the vanity and communication with the seller was terrible. That said, when the vanity finally arrived it was in good shape and I am very happy with it.

Beautiful cabinet except that the sink which attaches to the top did not fit into the cabinet. I dry fitted the top with sink into the cabinet and found out that the brackets that hold the sink onto the top hit the front of the cabinet and would not seat. I had to drill the brackets out and cut the "L" brackets to shorten them so that the top would seat. Whoever designed this top did not try to install it. Overall the cabinet turned out fine.

Vanity & Sink

This vessel sink was delivered quick. I was charged $99 for S&H which I thought it was ridiculous, I contacted the seller Erick and he was nice enough to call me back and minus the $99. the owner of bathroom marketplace has went above and beyond for me. whatever problem i had with my purchase he made it his business to contact me directly by phone. He addressed any and all of my concerns. So if there is anyone wanting to purchase anything from bathroom marketplace please don't hesitate, you will not regret your purchase. Besides, you would gain a new friend. For the most part, my 30" vanity and sink is beautiful!!
