[Rewarded Review] Buyer beware -not always buying from Walmart!

I tried to return this item that did not fit at Walmart to be told that they don't accept it at the store. They gave me instructions to return it to Build.com - and the 3rd party window to return just expired so I am stuck with it. I bought it from Walmart because of the convenience to return at the store - but learned that if its actually supplied by a "3rd Party" that does not apply - even if you buy it on Walmart.com. Learned a lesson - I will never shop here again.

Hand held slide bar

Great replacement for broken moem unit at a 1/3 of the cost

Exactly what I needed. Yes, it’s plastic but it looks good and functions well and didn’t require me replacing the entire shower head and hose, so I’m happy. I rarely move it but when I do I treat it gently. Happy with purchase.

Do not like the plastic brackets

The bar is metal but the mounting brackets are plastic. Also there is no way to tighten the bar to the brackets: they are captured by the bracket but there is no way to keep them from rattling in the brackets. The slide release design is very nice

Good quality!

The installation was easy. However, the shower bracket is not quite wide enough to hold the shower head properly and so it slips out sometimes.
