Beautiful Shower Faucet

Shower Faucet looks beautiful and I’m excited to use them once installed. We purchased (1) for each of our guest bathrooms. The manufacturer was very helpful in sending me replacement parts and responded quickly.

Item leaked from its handle fresh out of the box. Would not recommend.

High quality product, the tap plumbing is made of heavy material. The shower head and wand are both made of a lighter weight material as is the riser rod that the shower head sits on. This is going to be a wonderful feature in our new master bath. The color finish is a nice dark black which is just what we were looking to get. We like the versatility of having both a rainfall shower head and the wand attachment.

Love the look and design.

Handle not included

It's not overly apparent that the shower handle to turn the shower head & body sprayer on & off is not included. Purchasing a built-in shower faucet system with pictures of the shower head, body sprayer & shower handle is misleading. I spoke with a Lowe's representative who was also confused as to whether the shower handle was included. For the money being spent, I would've expected the system to comprise the whole system. This has taken up too much of my time & I wouldn't purchase again simply because of the aggravation.

Good Product, Excellent Customer Service

Arrived quickly and all parts appear to be here. saved $80 from retail price. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I haven't hooked it up yet to see how it works.

Just what I had imagined. great packaging.

I like it. Unfortunately, I am on the shorter side of life, and the front jets hit me right in the neck :-) But I like the pressure when I turn around and it hits the back of my neck and back. Only problem is that I absolutely MUST wear a shower cap each and every time I get in

The pressure of this isn't very good. It definitely is like a light rain water. Looks nice though and was easy to install!

Good looking unit. The installation instructions are hard to follow, and the water connections are tricky to install. Once installed, very pleased with the product.

I love this shower system. It will work perfectly in my new home.
