Still a good product
I utilize often Build.com for building projects from my place of employment, so I took it upon myself to order for my personal use. The shower head works great with adequate low flow pressure. The handle turns and operates like butter. However, it was not until the end of installation, stepped back and in the right light notice a subtle indent in the shower handle cover. It was not worth the hassle of disassemble, repackage, return and replace.
