Easy to install looks great

Good but not so!

Overall the product is well designed and not too tricky to install, however it start leaking at the neck after 3 1/2 years of use. Kohler support sent me out a replacement hose to remedy the problem at now cost to me. However the new hose connected to spray head does not fit properly in the neck. So have to contact support again to help resolve this. The part number is correct so suspect some engineering updates have been made to this product since I purchased it, so am curious how the support team will address this new problem.

Sleek modern design. We bought this as an upgrade from our old faucet. I love the sprayer and the 360° turn radius. Its made with quality materials and looks well designed, for the person who uses their kitchen daily.

Trouble Free Installation

Second Kohler faucet. first one lasted more than 10 years. This one had easy install. easy reach of handle and controls are apparent.

Kohler Maxton High Arc Faucet

Very happy with this faucet. Blade spray function is very powerful and the pull out head works amazing.

Disappointing

Disappointed the water flow always sprays outwards and the magnetic hold isn’t strong

Was great for the first year then....

I will start by saying the faucet was great for the first year - I loved having a touchless faucet in the kitchen!! Then, at the one year mark, the tap stopped working. I replaced the batteries - It seemed a little early to need replacement, but it is used frequently so I just went with it. That was 2 months ago. Since then it is not unusual to take a few times of waving under the faucet to turn on, and I have switched the batteries once again because it stopped working a second time. Last night, it stopped for the 3rd time and I'm beyond frusterated.....an unreliable kitchen faucet is not acceptable!! From what I am reading it could be the solenoid which appears to be almost as expensive as getting a whole new faucet... very disappointed.

Garbage product. Like many people have posted this tap leaks after less than a year. Save you money. Buy anything else.

Nice simple dependable faucet

Previously had the touch faucet but always stopped working and needed new batteries every month- month an half. We bought Koehler simple faucet which is more dependable, nothing fancy which I like.

Great spray!

Love this faucet. Compliments the kitchen decor and sprayer is a flat fan of water. Real neat and functional.

The spayer hose leaks through the neck.

Less than two years the sprayer hose leaks through the neck. Tried changing the cartridge and still leaks when using the sprayer. Will call Kohler for a replacement hose and sprayer.

Leaking after 1 year

We’ve only had it for a little over a year. It’s leaking from both the spray section and the part where it rotates. Very disappointed in what was a pricey product.

Touchless feature didn't work at all. The last joint in the faucet spewed water. The seller wanted to send me parts to fix it...
