Replaced our front door hardware. Nice sturdy handle. It had an adjustable connection at the bottom to align with the existing hole in the door. Pretty easy to install. I was able to easily rekey the lock myself to match my other Kwikset locks

Pretty much worthless!

It is such a broken up mish mosh of parts. Had to order the interior handle separately, no deadbolt strike plate, and the actual deadbolt would not accept the trim piece that holds it in place. Garbage!!

I'm happy with the Kwikset Avalon entrance handle with Tustin lever.

This is good product that works with my other Kwikset Tustin, handles throughout my house. It makes for a nice entrance. I received a discount for ordering an open box... it was missing a template, but I was able to work around that.

Missing parts - needed 2 trips to Lowes to get missing screws and piece to fabricate cover. Turned a 30 minute installation into an all morning job. Bought it on Home Essentials Direct to save a few bucks, but would have been better off to buy locally so I could have exchanged it.

[Rewarded Review] Solid new handle

The Kwikset Avalon Venetian Bronze Entry Door Handle set replaced an old and faded Gold handle on a newly painted Door. Installation was a breeze as it was almost a one for one swap out. The handle is very solid and works flawlessly. We were deciding between the Kwikset and another national brand and primarily went with the Kwikset because of the Smart Key feature which allows you to re-key the door yourself to match another Kwikset key. We updated all the exterior door locks and this was very convenient as well as being a cost savings. Kwikset doesn't offer as many styles as the other brand but if you find one you like it is the way to go
