Great faucet except base becomes loose

The faucet seems well made and performs very well. However, the single-handle base - mounted in a granite counter top - has become loose several times in only a few weeks of use. The faucet was installed by a professional, who retightens the base every time he’s here. I’m hoping there is a long term solution for this problem.

Such a good price! Due to hard water our original faucet was damaged beyond repair. We now have a water softner and needed a duplicate faucet. I found one with the supplier and then saw it on Wayfair for a couple of hundred dollars less. Greatly pleased!

A must Have!

I really wanted a touchless fauce since I cook alot and don't like touching things with food on my hands. I researched alot and found this faucet to get great reviews. I found it on Ebay for a good price and purchased it. It arrived withing a few days and was packaged securely. We had a plumber install it for us for 100.00. It looks great in our kitchen and works perfectly. It seems to be made well (as we've only been using it for a week) but takes a bit of getting use to using the hands free rather than going to for handle. Within a week though, I use it all of the time. I love not possibly getting cross contamination on my faucet. The hose come out of it's holder easily and sits back into it without a problem. I get plenty of length on the hose to rinse down my whole since or do whatever I need to do with it. At this point, I would highly recommend this faucet.

Over Priced, Under value

Extremely difficult to install. Requires a plumber to install hence add the $175 to the already inflated price. Filters are virtually impossible to replace/clean, hence again plumber must be called $$$$$. Had it refuse to turn off on more than one occasion, another plumber call $$$$$. This faucet is a money pit. Don't purchase!!

The automatic on/off feature works well

This is an average faucet. The automatic on/off is very sensitive but works well. The connection of the faucet to frame is a bit loose fitting and I think this could be a little more solid as I have seem many others that are. The Brushed Gold color matches the current gold colors and not the old polished brass of the 90s.

Only lasted 6-1/2 years…disappointing.

Professionally installed February 2018 and started leaking July 2024. Not great for a top brand. The unit was leaking out of the connection head underneath the sink. As far as I can tell, the entire cylindrical part with all the connections would need to be replaced as it’s one unit. Being this is our main sink for cooking and cleaning up dinners, I decided it was best to replace the entire faucet rather than wait for the warranty to be processed. Pretty disappointing that this item only lasted 6-1/2 years with normal wear by a family of three.

I like this faucet a lot. It’s a good size and the distance between the base and sink are enough not to get lots of overspray on the countertop. Montionsense technology is great and positioned well. Only complaint is a small plastic piece at the end of the coil part often comes loose and must be screwed back. I’m not really sure if it’s actually needed. My plumber left it in place but it’s definitely possible it was meant to be removed before installing. Overall, great faucet.

Looks nice but flawed design

Looks like high quality and looks nice but we've had trouble with the faucet randomly turning on when no one is anywhere near the faucet. It also does a poor job holding a steady temperature especially at low flows. I would not get the motionsense again since we really don't use or need that feature and it seems to decrease the function of the unit.

Not Happy

I'm not really happy with this faucet. The water speed can't be controlled well with the handle. So, you open the handle slightly and nothing happens, you keep opening and eventually the water comes out at a high speed.
