Comes apart

This beautiful kitchen faucet is deceitful after a few uses even after tightening it it eventually comes loose on its own. Not what expected for the price you are paying.

The previous version of this faucet had sensors everywhere so if you just set a glass in the sink, water started coming out. The new version has one sensor on the side that is east to activate if you wish to do so. Much better.

Big Improvement on the previous version of this faucet

Side hands free activation

The sink is very nice I just don’t like the side hands free activation. Every time I reach for a paper towel or soap the water turns on or off. My last faucet I got from you was on top and I loved that one. I’ll never get a side hands-free activation again

Beauty Over Function UGH…

My faucet was installed in Oct. 2023, it’s now Jan. 2024 (4 months for folks that don’t feel like counting) and the motion sensor has completely failed. I only have manual function at the moment (at least I can still use it I guess). Tried all the

Looks good, performs poorly

Can’t fine tune either the temperature or the flow. In manual mode, there is a distinct point between hot and cold where the temp flops from one side to the other. For flow control, there is no way to get a slow stream or fast drip. Looks great, love the touchless on/off, but it’s not very functional. I won’t purchase another one of these.

Classic Design and Functionality

For fifty-some years I've longed for an instant on/off faucet like I used in the kitchen of my college dorm. The Arbor Wave goes it one better in use ... and is infinitely more attractive. The satin Spot Resist Stainless finish offers a nice, slightly warm tone and is easy to keep clean. The stream/spray switch operates very smoothly; and the "wave" activation is magical.

Very well made sturdy faucet. Beautiful design , great functionality. Improvement over the first gen touch less that went on every time you knocked into it. I opted to purchase the optional ac adapter so I don’t have to change batteries and be without a working faucet when they run low. Newly installed but these are my first impressions

Efficient to Use and Easy Installation

This single sensor 7594EWSRS replaced our discontinued model that had two sensors. The new model is easier to use as the sensor is located away from the manual handle. No more water on your sleeve when using the handle! Installation was a breeze as well with just the single flex line and data cable to the spout. Thanks Moen!

Weak Valve...faucet turns itself on now.

My faucet worked good for a couple of years, but now if the handle is left in the hot position (facing up) when it is turned off, it will gradually slip down to the on position. We left the house a week ago for an hour and when we returned the water heater was drained because the faucet handle slipped into the on position. We now have to turn it manually to the "Cold" position always or it will move on it's own. Plus the finish is peeling on the base of the faucet...such a bummer.

Love this faucet!

Quality item. The mouton sensor is really useful as is the swiveling hose head. Don’t really need to turn it body of the faucet too much but useful for certain sink uses. The swivel hose feature means I can give a quick clean the whole sink pretty much every time I pour something down the drain. Highly recommend.

Easy on-off touchless control.

This touchless Moen replaced a touch-start faucet which had conductive problems over the years. The high arch allows even shallow sinks a large work area. I recommend this Arbor by Moen. That said, THE ONLY DEFICIENCY is that the weight that retracts the sprayer head is not heavy enough, no matter where you place it below the designated mark, to return the head COMPLETELY. I attached a slightly heavier weight and the head snaps snuggly into place. KEEP the supplied long tube wrench in case you might want to remove the faucet. PS. This is a real easy install.

The Touchless is touching

Reviewed numerous touchless (and touch) faucets and settled on this Moen. I was at first skeptical that it would work as described but my wife was sold on the side sensor for ease of use (we did get a live demo in the store). It has been installed now for a week and I have become an ardent fan. Ease of use, savings of water, being able to take "food prepped hands" to faucet without touching it and getting clean was a top selling point. Frankly, it makes me laugh with such ease. One point to be aware of is that the sensor is indeed sensitive. We put the soap dispenser on the right side of the unit so as not to accidentally turn on the faucet. Also, unlike other brands one does not need to manually have the handle open for the sensor to work. The pull down sprayer works well. All in all, we are very happy with this unit. would highly recommend.

Response to Moen on a fix

Moen was kind enough to send me a couple of replacement parts to try and fix my eight month old faucet. In emails the sent me Moen recommended that I clean the line screens, I did and I emailed them back telling the girl I was dealing with that I did and the screens were perfectly clean and it made no difference in the operation of the faucet. The next day I received a new hose and a screen, unfortunately the hose was put in a small paper shipping bag and was folded so it would fit and has a kink. I changed it anyway after a few days of laying flat and stretched out straight but that didn’t cure the problem either. The next day I received another package and this time I got two new screens. I’ve got another idea, why don’t you refund me my purchase price, I’ll send the faucet back and you can research it, and I’ll write a glowing review how Moen refunded my money and made a 20 year plus Moen customer completely satisfied.

Not So Pleased

I bought this faucet last April. It is very nice looking but I must say the water flow is horrible, the hotter I make the water the slower it gets so I wind up washing the dishes in luke warm water otherwise it takes forever. If the handle is on cold the flow is good but the hotter I adjust it the slower it flows. I have always had Moen but this faucet is not good. i replaced a Moen Arbor that was not motion activated with this motion activated one and I wish I hadn’t. I believe the issue is relater to the electric control box. Also I might add I use the best Duracell batteries and have switched them out twice.

I paid over 300 for this faucet. I then paid a certified plumber to install it. The “wave” feature to turn faucet on and off works only for “on”. I called Moen and got run around. I told the Moen woman that there reviews show that this is a common problem. The cause is a bad solenoid. Woman asked if plumber watched “install” video. I told her that he read instructions. He since has viewed video and his installation is correct. Finally Moen agreed to send me a solenoid, however, they are on back order until July 6. It is now July 13 and I have no part. Faucet also drips a couple times after turning faucet off. I hope plumber can adjust this. Here’s the real rub I paid plumber to install faucet. He said that he’ll have to charge me the same amount again to install part when it comes. I understand his position but Moen should pay second charge! VERY, VERY disappointed. I already gave Habitat For Humanity my original faucet because there was nothing wrong with it. I just wanted the “wave” feature which the original faucet did not have.

I paid over $300 for a faulty faucet

I paid a plumber to install this faucet. The “wave” feature to turn water on and off works only foe the on feature. I called Moen and got the run around about whether my certified plumber watched the install video. I responded that he read the instructions. The reviews on this product had many people complaining about same problem. They said that the solenoid was bad. My plumber agreed that that is the problem. Moen woman finally agreed to send one, however, they were out-of-stock. (I bet they were with so many customers needing one.) They were to be back in stock July 6. Today is July 13 and still no part. Faucet also drips after water is turned off. I hope this is something the plumber can adjust. I had to pay plumber for install and he informed me that I’d have to pay him again to install the part when it arrives. I had all Moen faucets in my other house but I won’t ever again.

Love this faucet, and recommend also buying the power adapter. This unit comes with batteries, which are great as a backup for power outages. But when the batteris die, you will not be able to turn on the water. From other reviews, the batteries seem to last several months, but for peace of mind, just ask Wayfair to recommend the power supply to get and go ahead and buy it. The Motion Sense is awesome! Especially in these days of COVID and even more frequent hand washing than usual. The color looks great in black, with a stainless steel sink... since my appliances are stainless with black details.

In the box, awaiting installation after kitchen remodel. I chose 1 sensor model, as I don't need a lot of extras that could fail. Smart model sounded cool and was tempting, but other reviews mentioned the most reliable part of smart model was the on/off - which a sensor accomplishes. Also, chose 1 sensor model as others mentioned placement of second sensor can be annoying turning on and off at unwanted times. Since we purchased a workstation sink - I could see this being an issue. And, do I really need almost double my purchase price just for a second sensor? I anticipate this living up to Moen performance quality. Excited about the spray. If anything less than expected, will update.

The two stars is for aesthetics. It’s a beautiful faucet and will look good almost anywhere. I just missed the return window otherwise I’d be returning this. The pressure is good and the spray is adequate. The real problem with this faucet stems from the touchless feature. It works exactly like it’s supposed to however because it relies on electricity for the feature it requires batteries or ac power to function. This faucet will not work without power. The biggest problem this creates is that the handle has to have encoders to tell the electronics what temperature is desired and it seems there are only 4 or 5 different temperatures. None of which seem to be quite the right temperature. I changed the output of my water heater to make it workable. For such an expensive fixture I’d expect better. Even 7 settings seem like it would be ok but 5 just isn’t enough. I’d avoid this faucet.

Great faucet, but terribly overpriced AC Adapter!

I just purchased and installed our 7594EWSRS yesterday. This is a $575.95 msrp faucet with a motion sensor. The installation was incredibly easy. Instructions are hard to read because of how the multiple languages are all on the same pages, but they are still understandable. I like the snap-in components for ease of installation. We love the faucet so far!
