Major failure after 2 months

Main board went after 2 months of light use. Backordered until December so without a stove or oven for 6 weeks over Thanksgiving. Luckily local retailer we purchased from is helping with loaner, but GE customer, and repair service were not helpful. Now I have to pay for extended warranty because I have no confidence in longevity of any of the $12,000 in appliances I just bought.

Safer cookng

So many safety features for Seniors. Safer than gas plus cooks and bakes even faster.

Love the look!

The stove top heats very evenly and quickly. The only downside is that you cannot use the larger burners for smaller skillets or pots; the burners will not work if not fully covered. The oven also heats very evenly. We love the look--elegance for an affordable price!

Amazing with only a single issue

The Air Fryer has been used so many times in my family, and its so fast. The temperature of the oven is spot on for cooking and baking, and the single induction cooktops are FAST for boiling water and cooking food stuffs on the cooktop. I love everything about this Range, except for the dual synced cooktop, compared to a standard glass cooktop, or a gas cooktop, the induction on a cast iron griddle leaves much to be desired. It has a hotspot on each burner, and cold in between and around them. Recommended to pre-heat the griddle in the oven before you try to use the cooktop for it.

Functionality and Beauty

This oven is as functional as it is beautiful! I love the slide-out rack and the probe in particular. It’s also super handy to have everything hooked up to my app, so I can monitor what’s going on, even if I’m not in the room. I haven’t had this oven long, but so far I'm very impressed!

Truly disappointed

Purchased this in August and only used the oven once. 2 months later the oven stopped heating at 350 degrees with a "350 Fault" error. I contacted GE and so far the repairman has attempted twice, but is still unable to fix the issue. I'm waiting for another part to arrive again. This is my first GE appliance purchase and I regret it deeply. I expected reliability from this Cafe product. This will be the first Thanksgiving without my mom since she passed away, and I'm hoping that my plans for my family & I won't be ruined.

Fabulous Range

I never thought I would be happy with a range that wasn't gas, but moving to Florida where gas isn't an option, sent us searching for something better than a glass top, electric range.

Disappointed but still a bit hopeful

The burners works wonderfully. However, I could not use the oven even once because after 5 minutes or so the dreaded "Fault 350" error code appeared. I followed the instruction to turn off the breaker, wait, and turn the breaker back on again but the error code restarted soon after the oven was turned back on. We were told a technician would come in 6 days but then someone contacted me to tell me the technician we'll be on vacation. So a different one may come in 8 days instead (but that did not seem certain). I sincerely hope the technician can fix our range right away because we're expecting company 3 days later. I'm disappointed because this is the most expensive range I ever bought and was expecting more. I'm also quite nervous that fixing the oven will take much that I can wait.

Beautiful and very unreliable. Poor support.

Beautiful oven. Unreliable experience. The cooktop randomly stops working, at first rarely, now very often. We only use pure cast iron and enamel cast iron (Le Cruset). It’s just out of warranty and GE conveniently won’t help without paying 100s for a service appointment and then out of pocket for parts? Is this how you want your customers to feel less than 2 years after buying a $5000 oven?

Oven holds a temperature well and preheats quickly. Induction stove is very precise and the variety of burner sizes is a plus.

Very Happy With This Appliance So Far

Love this appliance. It performs very well and looks great in our kitchen. Feels solidly built.

Bad Quality

After less than 24h stove was delivered and installed- 8" burner stop working. This is our first GE appliance and bad experience. Now we have a headache when tech will come and not fully working NEW STOVE!!! We probably will return it back and will buy another brand.

Fantastic induction range with great oven features

So far so good. We are less than a month in, but we love this range. The oven is spacious and has great features. The cook top is incredibly fast and precise, and very easy to clean. We are new to induction, but should have switched years ago! Plus, we are looking forward to making use of the warming drawer. Overall - at this point - I would recommend this range.
