The GE Cafe line is brilliant…style, functionality, flexibility. We couldn’t be more pleased with our choice of refrigerator and how blended perfectly into our 1932 bungalow remodel.

Good looking

Looks great and easy to clean! We bought this to replace our fridge that stopped working. This fridge is laid out in side very nicely making it feel spacious and easy to find what you’re looking for, even though it has smaller square footage then some other models that are counter depth.

Cafe Series

We're used to a deeper refrigerator. I appreciate the slick and clean look of the front. I love the white and the brushed brass. However, I can't fit celery in the vegetable drawers. Too shallow in the model we have.

Great for its size

Love it it’s really great for such a small fridge.The mats in the drawers are great and easy to keep clean. The drawers on the bottom are awesome storage for keeping everything organized. The shelves feel like they could be better supported in the middle-

Aitoro was the worst purchase experience ever

The worst appliance purchase in my life. The short story is that after 3 deliveries of damaged and faulty Cafe refrigerator/freezers over period of 3 + weeks I was given an option by the dealer Aitoro in Norwalk, CT. 1. Wait for a fourth attempt to deliver a replacement. 2. They will remove the appliance and reimburse for the full amount paid. 3. Take a $200 “scratched” product refund with the standard warrantee. Having no confidence after three attempts coupled with my wife not wanting them in the house again I took the last offer. I asked for a complete refund and to keep the damaged product. It was dented on both the top and side. I can send photos if interested. My last conversation with the dealer was with their customer care manager ( Owen) I told him the $200 was not fair or adequate. He said “my name is not on the building” I asked him to speak with the owner. When Owen got back to me he said there is no flexibility. I have 5 rentals and have purchased dozens of appliance in the past 30 years from a different local dealer. Unfortunately, that dealer moved their showroom an hour away so I tried Aitoro. This is my personal home and the experience was terrible. Before I post on review boards I wanted to contact the manufacturer and make them aware of my experience.

Small freezer/ good fridge compartments

I did not realize that the freezer drawer was different than my GE profile - the cafe in this model is much smaller, I do not like the plastic drawer or how the freezer shuts. I like the drawer for deli on bottom

Love our new Cafe refrigerator. There’s more than enough room for food storage. Excellent lighting and easy to access what we need. The ice maker produces more than enough ice for our needs.

Great looking kitchen

Good looking but it really is too smal,wish it was deeper and really tight in freezer

Beautiful in the kitchen

We love everything about this refrigerator except the water dispenser. Based on the overall cost of the appliance, why doesn't the internal water dispenser have a sensor on it? It takes two hands to fill a water glass.

It's a fantastic refrigerator. Beautiful! Very reliable. I will say, the freezer especially is quite small.

Cafe 33" counter depth fridge

We are renovating a small condo in the mountains of Colorado. The refrigerator that we replaced was totally wrong for the space. We hated to spend the money on a new fridge and the width was tricky because of a small floor heating radiator. We only had 33". Because of the smaller area, we also really wanted French doors to limit the space taken up with the doors were open.

Just ok

Due to availability, we had to order a 32" refrigerator for a 33" space. The inside is much smaller than our previous refrigerator, so this new one doesn't hold as much. The in-refrigerator water feature is awkward to use. Access to contents in bottom freezer is challenging. And, the appliance often makes loud humming and buzzing noises that are unrelated to the ice maker or anything else we could think of. Sounds like it's about to take off into space. Ugh

Nice exterior design, product that works well? NO!

Do not purchase this item. Randomly freezes items In fridge. Then freezer frosted over solid ice everywhere. Had less than a year. Will cost big $ to fix. I spent a lot of money for this refrigerator, and I believe it is a total lemon. I am hoping the repair actually resolves the problem. Have a garage fridge that has worked since 1980…. It is Still working just fine .

So Beautiful in White With Brass Handles

It's smallish but oh, so gorgeous! I'm writing this on September 2, 2024 and just completed installation of the matching microwave, completing my kitchen in my new home.
