Nice rug for the price
just bought this a couple week ago and it just arrived. I am pretty happy it feels really good on the feet. its a little thinner than I would have preferred but it will do for now. It has a nice color and is a little more grey than the pictures portray.
ZERO stars - such a frustration
Don't order this rug!! Ordered 2 of these runners because they look amazing online. Received 2 DIFFERENT rugs. One that had this pattern and one that was a different pattern. Both rugs had the same sku #. Was advised to order another one so that I could keep the sale price and bring them back to exchange. Ordered 1 more and it was again the wrong rug pattern. Talked to Kohls online representative and she offered to send me another for free. Ended up with 3rd rug with the wrong pattern. Packed up all 4 rugs and returned them all. Received nothing extra for my time (a month) or frustration. But they remembered to not refund my kohls cash.
