I have used Mayfair toilet seats for as long as I can remember. They are sturdy, easy to install and the color choices are great.

EXHAUSTED!

I am totally EXHAUSTED after spending many hours trying to get this toilet seat ON THE TOILET! After reading all the instructions, and then watching all the youtube vids on it I could find, I could NOT get the bottom part of the nut to fall off like the instructions said, and the seat would not fully open where you could sit on it because the bolts were sticking out and would not tighten any more! The seat was on VERY tight, but you could not use it because the lid would not open all the way - I am SO disgusted I could scream if I wasn't so tired. I believe I said words today that would make a sailor blush! ARRRRRGGGGHHHHHH! I FINALLY got the bolts loosened again, and am trying to put my old toilet bolts and nuts on - now the old ones do not fit because they are too narrow! They slide in fine, but the seat is not secure at all, and cannot be used like this. I guess I will be forced to buy a NEW toilet seat with REGULAR assembly!

I have lived in my home for 36 years and have 2 bathrooms. Over the years, we have replaced one or the other of the toilet seats several times. I believe this is the first time we have had a close match in color between the toilet and replacement seat. This match is beautiful. In fact, I'm considering replacing the seat in the guest (my son's) bath just to have that match.

This is a nicely made toilet seat! We purchased one, and then bought another one for the other bathroom because we liked it so much. It does not loosen, stays on nice and tight, which is a problem we've had with most seats! Bonus is that it's made in the USA!

Nice colored toilet seat

Seems to be well constructed. Easy to install once we got the rusted bolts off of the old seat! Wanted wood rather than plastic seat. Color is pretty good match for my cream-colored fixture. Maybe just a little bit lighter weight than my old American Standard seat.

Easier to poop

This toilet seat makes me want to poop more. Nice color and structure is perfect.

It was kind of cold...

Before my wife left she would always be on it for a long time and it was nice to sit down on after her while it was still warm. I don't know what to do without her, I can hardly feed myself... less take a you know. This is a nice application for a two person household but I wouldn't recommend it for a single person. Too cold.

Biscuit matched my old toilet color nicely, is a sturdy seat, and the opening is not huge like some other seats. Took a minute or two to realize that the screws attached from under the seat, not dropped down from the top.
