[Rewarded Review] Fit the bill

I needed a flat bottom on the seat for an attachment I bought. I was told a wood seat would give me that. It did. I have bought one other wood seat but the opening wasn't quite as big. This one was better.

I bought this toilet seat less than 2 months ago and it's broken.

It broke!!!

It broke after 7 months. Worked great, and then it busted

Finish did not hold up

Seat is comfortable & sturdy, but finish did not last. I may have used too strong of a cleaner, but by 6 months of use, the finish/paint is off the front part of the seat. Can see wood.

Exactly what was needed, instead a new toilet...just a little finagling needed for tightening the one side, but got it done. Instructions were on point, even for this household manager (husband supervised since my smaller hands fit the space).

easy close, but not quick removal

details say this is quick to remove for cleaning. IT IS NOT. The slow close works great, but it doesn't have the easy on/off option. ..you cannot remove it without tools. disappointed

NOT ALL THAT IT'S CRACKED UP TO BE......

Over the past 14 months, I have bought four of these seats (three two Christmas' ago and another one in February 2021). The reason why I bought another one is that one of the three initial ones cracked. I thought that it was something that we had done hence just replacing it. Within two and a half months, the newest one also cracked so I am not pleased as to it's endurance as a "wood" seat. I am trying to connect with somebody to see what Lowes is going to do about it but I am having problem in terms of getting somebody to deal with it - I bought it online and haven't been able to resolve that way. I will try to get somebody on the 1-800 number to see if that can be resolved. Not happy that there is this much process to have to go through.

Slow close seat

These toilet seats were very easy to install. They close very slowly and quietly. They are a brand I trust. Farm and Fleet had the best pricing in the area.

Everything was good except that the instructions were hard for this old man to read. Wish more companies would increase size of printed instructions.
