Nice Faucet But ??

This faucet has been in use since 2020n recently a minor leak observed at the base but when trying to swivel the spout to the right it completely snapped off from the base.

Faucet Aerator must be replaced every two years.

The faucet aerator must be replaced every two years due to reduced water flow. I replaced the faucet aerator in 2022 when flow became unacceptable low. When I attempted to order another aerator (part # 101029BRB) in May 2024 due to very low water flow, I received an error message that there was no price defined for part # 101029BRB. When I called Moen Customer Support for help, I got into a loop and I could never speak to anyone. I wasted much time trying to order the aerator. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

Love the new kitchen faucet. It was as advertised, works like a dream

Nice faucet but it doesn’t last without care

I like the design and function. Very eloquent. The plastic coating flakes off if care isn’t taken. Treat the surface with plastic care as that’s the finger print protection. It is indeed metal but has a plastic coating.

Just What We Needed

Attractive faucet tha works well. I like that I can easily get a small stream of water. With some faucets, you have to push slightly through some resistance in the handle, ending up with a larger stream of water than you intended. Finish is indeed spot resistant. Only markdown - hose for side spray is plastic and somewhat stiff.

HOORRRIBLE ... NOT worth it at all!!!

Moen Faucet

Moen is a very dependable name & easy to install. If you should need replacement parts they usually have in store. I selected one very nice to look at. I had same years ago when remodeled kitchen. Had many compliments from family / friends. Recently after it started to loosen up and was looking a little warn. I ordered a new one. By all means it wasn't broken, I just wanted to have the new look again. Love it my son installed 1st one my grandson (the plumber) installed this one. Fast and easy. Ordered on line was at my home in a couple days

Making Chintzier While Charging Us More N More

Companies making things chintzier and chintzier while charging us more n more for it. They reduced the mounting of the base from 2 separate locations to just the center location which makes it less stable. And the gaskets are crappy whereby a big pain in the rear end to get them to properly fit the base and stay in place while securing it.

Beautiful Well Functioning Faucet Set.

We like the kitchen faucet set very much. I had bought and installed the faucet set previously. I purchased this set because the side sprayer was not turning off and I needed the sprayer part. It was clearance merchandise, very reasonably priced and the last one. I called Moen and they sent me a replacement side sprayer kit. It was free of charge because it was covered under Moen's warranty. Meanwhile, I fiddled with the sprayer and got it to work properly. Now I have backup. Also, I am keeping the spare faucet set if needed for parts. We are very happy with Moen’s customer service.
