Feels like plastic. Hard edges. No farmhouse feel at all.

This sink was in perfect condition. Bright white. Pristine. Almost too pristine. The clean hard edges are too harsh for a farmhouse sink. And the material may be hard but it just feels like plastic. It even sounds like plastic. Just doesnt have a farmhouse sink feel at all. If you want classic farmhouse, you won’t like this sink.

This Mesa Matte white farmhouse kitchen sink is simply beautiful. It is super functional with the deep soaking depth I can soak my large pots or pans when needed. I like the fact that it is warm to the touch, anti-microbial, and stain and scratch resistant. It comes with a polished chrome strainer and I failed to realize the grate wasn't included as shown on the picture. This sink has that beautiful farmhouse look and looks great in our kitchen it really stands out. Its low maintenance and easy to clean and the best part of it all is that it is backed by a lifetime warranty. I am in the middle of remodeling the section for this and will certainly be a beautiful and functional sink. I decided to install the sink in an undermount style. It's my first time installing such type of stylish sink. I'm rather excited! It sure is heavy duty and a large spaciouse piece.

It came with the soap pump in chrome and strainer in stainless steel but it doesn’t come with the dish rack shown on the photo. I recommend getting the crack because it helps prevent scratches from pots and pans. The sink is beautiful, excellent quality. The edges are not so rounded which makes it easy to hide the corner seams from the cabinet. It has good installation instructions and a template, however it’s best to go by the actual cabinet measurements when ordering the countertop.

Would love to show you a more finished project but this sink is going to require a custom built cabinet and as the ad tells you on the Home Depot page, it is best not to build it until you have your sink in hand. Measurement can be up to an 1/8 of an inch different than the dimensions given. Plus, until seeing the sink in person was not sure if I wanted to go flush mount or under mount. One of the great features of this sink is it can be mounted either way. This is a substantial sink, delivery weight was 83 pounds. As you can see in the pictures it is very white and even a bit shiny. I went over this sink with a fine tooth comb, can find no flaws and the surface is very smooth to the touch. Installation instructions are straight forward and easy to read. I am looking forward to working with this sink as I build a cabinet around it, may take me a while, but it will have a beautiful result.
