We are enjoying using all 3 features this microwave/grill/convection oven has. It works great & has helped us stay cool this summer by not heating our small apartment with oven usage. It’s really easy to use & food tastes great.

Instructions on how to use the other features are lacking. The grill feature takes longer than expected to cook. Even just the microwave feature seems to take longer considering the watts it’s supposed to have. I had a 700watt microwave that worked better.

Easy use easy use

I purchased 1 month age. Love easy operation and confection feature. Works great. East to clean up after mess

The review I did not want to write.

Unfortunately, my experience was not favorable. After returning the first unit, I received another one with the same issue. When cooking for three minutes or more, the timer stops, but the unit does not turn off and continues to run all night if you don't unplug it. This could cause a fire if not cognizant or a child is using it. The unit is heavy and I would like to be compensated for my time and carrying the units to the trash. Now I don't have a microwave cooker.

The convection part of the oven is loud. It does work as expected.

The online specification said it was 1500 watts, but it was only 1000 watts. The description was misleading, should be fixed

Buttons bubble

I have had this microwave for about 2 months and I am overall happy with its functionality. However, we don't use it super frequently and the front panel is starting to bubble around the buttons which makes it look cheap/old. Its almost as if it has an extra layer of plastic on top, but there is nothing to peel away. If not for this it would be 5 stars. Also it would be nice if it has a 30 second button. I didnt know how much I used that until it was not on this microwave.

I bought this unit about a month ago to replace a older grill microwave it had lot of the features I was looking for, shipped fast and was well packaged, called customer service answered all my questions

The features are awesome and so easy to change up

NOISY!

love the cooking power, but when running it is extremely noisy. It sounds like the gears and the guts are going to come apart (metallic noise). Did I get a bad product?

Didn't open the box. It's more like a toaster oven size and just as light weight (cheap materials) as well. Will return tomorrow.

It was a good price, missing plastic rear support. I have only used microwave, use takes another step to select power and to set length of microwave

Effective, but noisy.

Will and have recommended this oven to friends. It doesn't say air-fryer in the description, but use the convection feature and then you have an "air-fryer". The only set back to this appliance is that it is LOUD. Sounds like a screw is going to vibrate across the room when it is turned on.

Enjoying the microwave, haven’t ventured out to use the convection oven yet but I plan too soon.
