I was very disappointed with Mohen. They advertise a lifetime warranty (it is confusing however). The faucet began to leak after 4 years. I called Mohen and they sent me an email asking for photos. I sent the photos and were told I would hear from them in 2 days about sending a replacement. I waited 2 weeks and heard nothing so I purchased a new faucet.

Motionsense defeats the primary purpose

A faucet must deliver water. Can you imagine wanting water but the fsucet handle doesn't work because your batteries are dead? No words for this type of idiocy.

Moen Essie single handle kitchen faucet

The Essie Moen Faucet is Flimsy, Nice Finish but Flimsy! I have purchased Moen faucets for over 45yrs. This is Not a good quality Faucet.

Does not work without electrical power

I have this faucet with batteries. When the batteries died 9 months after installation, water would no longer run, whether I waved at the motion detector or turning on the tap.

Practical. Functional. Sleek.

Solid. Functional. Good diy install directions. Appreciate batteries for power pack. A little pricey for motion sense model.

Beautiful and very functional product!

Works perfectly. Enjoyable installation if you enjoy getting into tight spaces! Most difficult was removing the old faucet. Took a little over an hour.

Great faucet so far

I’m very pleased with the faucet. I like the function of the pull down - it almost springs back into the pipe neck with minimal effort. It’s also streamlined with no nooks and crannies tie grime to collect and I like that. I also like the substantial soap dispenser.

Love the power boost button on the faucet!!!!!!Water pressure is so low in California. It always helps to have a boost in water power when washing dishes! Just had it installed by a plumber and replaced my Delta faucet. That was only a year old!

Installation was easy. Looks great and easy to operate. The only fault I can find is that you can’t control the water as precise as a regular faucet. No matter how hard I try, I cannot get it to go down to a trickle. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase.

I love this faucet! My nephews installed it for me with no problem. The touchless feature works perfectly. The water pressure is good. The hose on the pull down sprayer is very flexible which is nice. At first the sprayer hose would get caught up in something under the cabinet and not dock completely back in the faucet. But a little rearranging under the sink and it works perfectly. I recommend this faucet 100%!

No complaints

We purchased this faucet to replace a DELTA faucet that broke after about 7 years. I was a bit worried as we bought it on sale and it was much cheaper than other MOEN faucets but I LOVE IT! I have zero complaints. It's been installed for about 3 months now and is perfect for our needs, beautiful and it's easy to keep clean.

Works ok; wish it were all metal and more powerful

The head is plastic. I wish it were all metal. The spray setting is not as powerful as the faucet it replaced, which had a separate sprayer. Also, that sprayer was too close to the main hole and so I was unable to use the soap pump portion. I should have measured before purchasing.

I’ve always wanted one of these faucets that had all of the extras; touchless, pull down sprayer, tall neck and dish soap dispenser. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because, I place things in the space to the left of it and the faucet comes on every time and depending on what part of the sink it’s on, my arm will get wet. I’m learning to work around it however, it shouldn’t take that much thought.

Quality product, better than expected. Ordered online, received it in less than a week. Upgrades the kitchens value. Only problem is the weight which keeps the spray hose docked hits one of the supply shutoffs so I had to move the weight which shortens the usable hose length. Not the fault of the faucet but of the home plumbing.

Frustrated and disappointed

We just had our kitchen remodeled, and thought this motion sensor faucet would be a nice addition. I feel like it is too sensitive - if I get even remotely close it turns on. I wish the motion sensor was adjustable. We can't return it because the contractors took the box and paperwork. I guess I will just turn off the sensor. Really disappointed.

99% of the time the faucet will turn off, but...

The remaining 1% of the time it fails to fully shut off the flow. That's a big pain because if I'm trying to leave for work and I care about wasting water because I live in a desert, I have to open the cupboard and close the shutoff valves. It doesn't matter what I do with the physical handle, and I can toggle it on and off with the sensor, but the occasional failure to shut off is only solved on the faucets own timeline. Sure their easy warranty process has a new control box on the way, but like the cartridges for my other Moen faucets that are also ready to get, they still require regular replacement to function as they should. All my faucets, kitchen, bathroom, shower, and disposal are Moen. I don't know if I should be glad that they have a good warranty program, or worried that I have to utilize that warranty program so regularly. All said and done, I will be trying new brands going forward.

Nice fit and finish. Won't stay in spray mode below significant flow. Wastes time and water trying to minimize flow in spray making it impractical to turn water on and off handwashing/rinsing items individually. Pressing stop button results in cancelling spray mode. Handle is horizontal in cold position requiring cross-body actuation not comfortable.

Great at first

Worked great the first couple of years. But now the valve no longer works reliably and sometimes I need to try multiple times to shut the flow of water. It became a chore and I’m looking to replace it.

I love this faucet. The motion sense is great when I am cooking and need water or to wash my hands. The soap dispenser is plastic which is disappointing. I would have paid more for metal.

This faucet is pretty heavy duty and not cheaply made at all. The motion is strategically on the side so that you don't keep accidently hitting it when you don't want it on. The wand retracts easily and you can change the spray from steady stream to spray. It does come with the soap dispenser which works good. A little pricy but the touchless do run higher than a regular faucet.
