[Rewarded Review] Don’t delay! Get this fridge.

I love this fridge. We thought about it for a long time, kept going to check it out at local stores, and finally bit the bullet when it went on sale. Couldn’t be happier. I thought I’d miss the auto ice dispenser but the pull out drawer for ice suffices just fine. The built in pitcher is so handy and my kids love that they can put fruit in the basket to make flavored water. We also get so many compliments on how sleek and upscale it looks. So much storage space compared to our previous counter depth fridge. Wish I’d gotten it sooner!

Samsung Customer Service Sucks

SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!! Wish I would have done more research before purchasing 6 appliances from Samsung. Received 2 appliances damaged upon opening and was told the return date had expired (5 days!). My contractor has all my appliance for remodel, but had to open the boxes to get model/serial number off each item to register my appliances. One of the main reasons for purchasing Samsung appliances was for their BESPOKE line. I purchased the Bespoke 4 Door French Refrigerator because of the option to change out the front panels to different colors and the offer of 4 free panels of my choice. Now that I am trying to purchase colored panel replacements, nothing is available except the basic Stainless , black, white and glass blue. Samsung can not tell me when the other "cool " colored panels will become available. I was told to reach out to customer service but have gone through this waste of time a few times already and my problems were never resolved. Only to waste 6 hours on the first call then several more hours on follow up calls. I wish I could return everything. Buyer BEWARE....... DO NOT PURCHASE SAMSUNG APPLIANCES because if you ever need help or service, you probably will not get it. If only, talking to one customer service representative and resolving whatever problem, concern or question would be a dream come true but obviously not an option with Samsung. Take my word....don't order their products!

Love that autofill pitcher!

We bought this refrigerator in June 2024. We love the auto fill pitcher and would only love it better if it filled 12 cups instead of 10 for when we make 12 cups of coffee. Lol. It makes tons of ice, which is a requirement for my husband who seems to inhale it. We've not had any problems with this refrigerator at all and highly recommend it. All that said, we did have a Samsung French door refrigerator that we bought in 2018 and it had an ice dispenser in the door, and so it made ice in the upper part of the refrigerator. That refrigerator was awful-The icemaker kept freezing over and it never made enough so we swore we would never buy another Samsung refrigerator again, but I'm very glad we did! When we bought the refrigerator, it was the one with the glass morning blue top, and white bottom But Home Depot had an arrangement with Samsung to switch it out for stainless steel panels which we did. That was a much easier and faster process than I expected and thanks to both Samsung and Home Depot since there was no extra charge for that. As a point of note, the glass fronts really stayed free of fingerprints much more than I thought they would and were easy to clean. The fiingerprints on the stainless steel do come off pretty easy I have to say.

[Rewarded Review] really disappointed

Satuirday, Sept. 28, 2024: The representative ordered the wrong refrigerator. I told her at the time, I reviewed the order and told her upon confirmation, and she did NOT fix it; literally putting me on hold and disconnecting the call. This, for some reason, had already been a two-hour conversation, along with online chat in which a link for the wrong refrigerator was sent to my checkout cart (which began the phone call to correct the problem which, again, did NOT). Monday, Sept. 30, I called and spent another several hours with representatives of varying skill level and intelligence trying to resolve the problem. I felt fairly confident that it had been resolved as several of these people told me that the item hadn't shipped, and it was fixed. The 29 c.f. full size version I was told would still be deliverred Weds. Oct. 2. On Tues. Oct. 1, I received a delay notice from the delivery company, but for the initial incorrect unit.... the unit had not been deliverred to their local facility yet and they couldn't change it to the full size correct model from the counter depth that will not fit and I did not want... they directed me back to Samsung, who reviewed the notes and passed me from department to department, eventually telling me they were sorry or some non-sense and that I would be credited $170 because of the inconvenience... BUT NOT SOLVING THE PROBLEM. This went on for much of Oct. 1, Oct. 2 and Oct. 3,.... evidentally NO ONE knew where the item was in its delivery or what size it was full size vs. counter depth.... finally the delivery company received it and confirmed it was the smaller counter depth I didn't want... I denied the delivery on Oct. 6th that they scheduled, although I told them viementaly that I would not accept the item... the poor dispatch person called me at 10:30 AM to inform me that I was the next on their route, to which I apologized for losing it but told her that they should force Samsung to pay for all of their expenses and shipping of the incorrect item to and from their location etc.... I eventually received an email on Oct. 14 that my "returned item" had been received.... I let it go and prematurely breathed a sigh of relief. I had set up auto-pay for the promotional payments with no interest and again spent HOURS on the phone with Samsung when I received an email announcing the first payment would be taken from my account on Oct. 28th... I had to report fraud to block their pulling of money from my account for a counter depth refrigerator that they'd received back 14 days earlier. Just to add the icing to the top of the cake, Samsung in their infinite wisdom just emailed me this product review last evening for this disaster. Get it together Samsung!

[Rewarded Review] Great refrigerator!

I've had the Bespoke 4-door french door refrigerator with white glass panels for several weeks now and I am very impressed. The overall build quality is excellent. The middle drawer, which can be programmed for different uses, I am using on soft freeze. It's great for meats and I put ice cream in it a couple hours before eating. Makes the ice cream the perfect softness, without being all melty.The drink station is well-designed and a great feature, especially for families and those who try to drink a lot of filtered, icy cold water. The two types of ice cubes is a special treat. The cubes are best in drinks you don't want to get real watered down, while the bite-size ice pieces are perfect for sweet drink and sodas and just right for munching. Honestly, I have very happy with my new Samsung refrigerator!

My experience with Bespoke

I purchased this refrigerator in late March and have been extremely pleased with it. I love the way that the white glass blends with the white cabinets, so the refrigerator doesn't stand out. I'm pleased with all the many features this appliance provides. My one complaint is that the side doors may not close unless force is behind it. Therefore you could leave the house to run an errand and your refrigerator door would not be fully closed.

Lowes delivery and installation is a joke

This review isn't about the Samsung refrigerator, as I just received it therefor haven't used it much. It's about the terrible Lowes delivery and customer service. I originally ordered this June 26th as just moved into a house that had no refrigerator. It was delivered 7-25 as requested. When the installer finished with the fridge and was showing me how to dispense water nothing was coming out. He said sometimes it takes time for the fridge to circulate the water and for me to check the next day. I did and still nothing was coming out. I pulled the fridge out and the white plastic hose that was attached to the fridge on one end and to the water line on the other end was severely twisted and kinked. It seemed obvious the installer twisted the hose instead of the coupling when attaching to the water line. I called Lowes right away, and they insisted they contact the installer (the fridge didn't come from the store I purchased it from, but from 100 miles away) to come out to check what was wrong! To me a waste of time, but someone was there a couple days later, saw the problem and took a pair of pliers to untwist the hose and squeeze it so water could flow through. He said "there it's fixed". Ridiculous and I had no intention of accepting a brand new $2,000 fridge with a still damaged hose that I knew would give me issues down the road. So I called Lowes again, and it seemed I was always talking to a different person each time. I told them I wanted the fridge replaced. He said the quickest way would be to credit the current one and enter a new order for a replacement. So a new order was entered on August 1st. The delivery date was set for August 23rd and I would be on the hook for a 2nd $29 delivery charge. I told them another month without a fridge would be difficult and if I could keep the current fridge until the new one was delivered. They said no. At one point someone I spoke with said I was out of the 3 day return policy. I said that's nonsense as I had called about the problem the day after the delivery and Lowes was the one who insisted on wasting time to have the installer come out again. Then on August 8th, I received a notice that I wouldn't get delivery of the replacement fridge until September 13th! There was no way I could go that long without a fridge, so I purchased a mini fridge for $200 and after I got my new fridge sold it for a $100 loss. Finally received the new fridge on Sept. 13th. This installer was night and day better than the first one. They even took all the shelves and bins out of the fridge, unwrapped them and put them back in, and leveled the fridge. The first one didn't do any of those things. In the meantime I had not received credit for the original water line connector hose. I called Lowes 3 times to say I hadn't received credit for the original, though I was charged for another one on the replacement order. So all in all, this fiasco cost me an extra $145 and a bad taste in my mouth with Lowes. I did get a good deal on the original purchase of the refrigerator (had also purchased a washer and dryer at the same time) because of a sale they were having, but next time I'll pay more for the product and buy from a store that not only has better delivery and installation, but actually cares about the customer as well. There were a couple other issues with my original order having to do with a rebate and dryer installation, but this is already long enough.

[Rewarded Review] Nice Fridge

Delivered early Aug '24. A lovely fridge that works quite well, especially the ice maker that didn't work in our previous French Door model. Only challenge I've found so far is setting the temps in the freezer. They seem to be 3 to 4 degrees colder than indicated on the display panel. Really like the pitcher and the water being inside instead of disrupting the exterior which has such a clean look.

I got a white one with a set black and gray panels. I will mix and match them. So much fun! WAY better than stainless steel. Super easy to keep clean.

[Rewarded Review] Can not, will not recommend!

Very disappointed at this point with the Samsung Bespoke fridge. We purchased a used unit from a local shop, it was not working properly, would not hold a constant temperature. Returned it and got a brand new unit. So far, it’s the very same thing. The fridge is set at 34 and the constant temp is anywhere from 38 to 45 degrees. I’ve tried various thermometers and even have a dial one in a cup of water to try and mimic food temps, but it’s the same thing. The fridge looks good and we like some of the features, but we may have to return this one as well if the temp issues doesn’t straighten out: I’ve found other reviews that indicate the same problem. At this point, I can’t recommend with good conscience for anyone to purchase a Bespoke fridge. Very disappointed given the price you pay for the unit.

Absolutely Atrocious Ice Maker

Functionality is fine on this refrigerator. It does what it needs to do but if you expect it to do any of the "advanced" features such as water and ice dispensing, look somewhere else. In the four years of owning this product, we've spent an astronomical amount repairing it. It's pretty sad that we spent more than half of what we paid for the product in repairs alone. And today, it's getting even more expensive.

Buyer Beware Safety Hazard Defects

I purchased this unit new June 2024 from Lowe's. The manufacturer label indicates it was manufactured March 2024. Inside the unit was burning hot to the touch on the panel above the flex drawer. The fire department had to be called and determined the unit was reading 102 degrees on a Thermal Imager ten minutes after the unit had been unplugged. The fire department determined the unit could not be plugged back in due to excessive heat production. Furthermore, a fridge thermometer showed the unit could not hold appropriate food safety temperatures after a factory reset from audio/video call with Samsung representative. The freezer was reading 30 degrees, the fridge 50 degrees and the inside panel 101 degrees. Samsung does not deem this serious enough to qualify the unit as a defective unit and authorize a return, although it is a fire safety hazard. A new motherboard has been ordered and the contractor did not show on the date scheduled to complete the repair. So I have not had a fridge since July 30, 2024.

Looks aren't everything

We've had this fridge for 2 years, it's beautiful and I loved it. Now the bottom sill where the two doors meet the is cracked. How? No weight is ever placed there. Now it's a matter of time before smells and anything that spills runs into it. $3000.00 for two years. What a waste. We were warned not to buy a Samsung but I really liked the look and features of the Bespoke. I guess looks aren't everything doesn't just apply date night.

Don't buy Terrible item horrible customer service

Both the Samsung bespoke refrigerator less than 6 months ago. SAMSUNG delivered a damaged bespoke refrigerator. After about a month after receiving refrigerator I noticed frost build up followed the FAQ . Reported it to Samsung and technician reported that the frost build up is due to "Physical Damage" to an area of the freezer cabinet not visible nor reachable by me or my family members without dismantling the freezer drawer. Samsung refuses to replace the defective refrigerator. A representative stated that my 17 y.o daughter could have been the one to damage the bottom frame of the freezer because she took ice from the ice bucket. I have a freezer that has so much frost build up that the door doesn't close easily. I would never recommend this refrigerator to any one

[Rewarded Review] LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!

I bought this about a month ago and can't say enough about it. I got the blue on top and its gorgeous in my kitchen. My favorite feature is the autofill pitcher; so nice not to have to wait for the dispenser to fill. I also really love the third drawer. I use it for dairy and I love I don't have to open the big doors to get to my cheese, yogurt, etc. You will not be disappointed with this fridge!

This is the best refrigerator I've ever had. I really love the beverage center. It makes 2 sizes of ice. The regular size and the smaller size for easier travel. Also has 2 sizes to fit smaller spaces and still get large capacity. I really love the freezer on the bottom as well and the connection to my cell phone is great!!!!!

[Rewarded Review] Love the look!

Our frig was delivered a couple of weeks ago and we love it. Love the front panels. We ordered the blue for frig doors to match our backsplash and white for bottom to match cabinets. It looks amazing and fun. Also did counter depth to fit more inline with our galley type kitchen. It has more room than we anticipated, but we are now empty nesters and family of 2. The middle pull out drawer is a bonus for us and use it for deli type items vs setting it up as freezer items. I thought we may miss the ice dispenser but turns out not a big deal because we love the 2 different cube sizes. At some point we may order different color panels to mix it up.

If it actually refrigerated, it would be real nice

The Design and Layout of the unit seems really nice. And we like the exterior appearance and smart not to have handles and use that extra space internally. Unfortunately, the install, by a company scheduled by SAMSUNG, RXO, left the fridge with the water connection to the door leaking. In addition the fridge is stuck at 41F and will not cool to 34F where we normally keep it. And their customer support is useless. I spent over 2 hours and got transferred to 8 different useless people that appologize profusely for Samsung screwing up, but were otherwise useless to get the unit repaired or replaced. I so frustrated with this useless thing. Seriously, I don't care who in Samsung needs to execute the repair or replacement, but it is not my job to contact 20 different people to hopefully get the right person. The external customer care should go VFR direct to the appropriate Samsung department to have issued handled.

[Rewarded Review] Don’t let the pretty fool you.

Against my better judgment I bought this refrigerator because let’s face it, it’s the most beautiful one on the market right now. I’ve owned Samsung appliances before and when they happen to make it past the one year mark and you don’t get a warranty refund, they make life utterly miserable. This particular fridge made it about 45 days… just shy of the return period for me. Luckily. The fancy ice cube machine failed it froze over, on the old refrigerators that was an easy fix because the the ice maker was located in the fridge not the freezer but now in order to thaw the ice maker, you have to thaw the entire freezer. Also, not having an ice maker at shoulder level turned out to be incredibly inconvenient. The 4th drawer was meant to be for drinks but the drink and vegetable setting is too cold so it freezes the drinks. In the end, I sent it back to the store and opted for the LG fridge that matches all my other appliances… what? Did you really think I’d buy Samsung appliances because of a fridge? Heck no!!!
