Hanging rope chair

I ordered it this week. For my husband for Father's day. Very disappointed. It showed it hanging in a stand. That's the reason I bought it. If I wanted to hang it on a tree. I could if gotten from another place store.

I literally just bought this thinking I found it on sale and it will be an amazing addition to my back porch! NO POLE/STAND INCLUDED!!!! I guess I will have to return it.

Two months in and it snapped! Unfortunately since I fell directly on to concrete I had more injuries than this thing is worth.

I bought this, thought it would be a great addition to my patio. Picture made it seem like it came with a stand, it only have the seat portion and the stand is twice the price of the seat. Sadly will be returning

Happy with ours

For the price the quality is really good. This is our second time buying, only for the simple fact that ours is exposed to all weather conditions. We’re going to treat it first with some weather protection coating, even if it doesn’t work well, buying it again 2 years from now will still be worth it. Watching my girls swing around in it makes it even better.

This is a great product and a real bargain: attractive natural fibers, comfortable, easy-care, long-lasting and quick drying. Mine have lasted about 7 to 8 years before the cotton rope just wears out. Mine is hanging from a pergola but you can install almost anywhere. This is my third hammock swing in about 25 years. I almost made the mistake of upgrading to a much more expensive version from another retailer but realized it was not nearly as nice looking and would take forever to dry, So glad I stuck with this one. I like it better than the original full-length rope hammock. This is easy to get in and out of too. Bonus: since you are sitting up, you can place a small table nearby and enjoy a cool drink while swinging. It does not come with the chain or S-hooks you need to hang it but they are available at Home Depot.

Super Comfy, even for tall people!

I'm on the taller side (5' 10") and found this extremely comfortable. The netting stretches out enough for me to put my legs up in the hammock and still have my head supported. The rope is also extremely soft, and the construction feels fairly sturdy. The only issue I had was the chemical smell, but that should go away soon enough in the fresh air and rain.

I had a similar item that I paid $100 for. This is very similar and for $37 is a bargain. I’mActually thrilled. Relatively comfy for short Periods—it’s a seat, not a hammock to lay in. Attractive too with nice cotton rope macrame on a wood beam. Sturdy for me at 175 lbs. not sure the weight capacity.

Product title and image is deceiving . Many people are buying this item believing the stand comes with the chair as in the image - despite it being included in specs list you should still add that in the actual product title.
