Great for small-medium room

Perfect size and for an AC unit it’s not completely ugly. Works great and not super noisy; I use it in my treatment room, I’m a massage therapist.

The window panel wouldn’t fit in my standard sized window. Returned.

The cooling portion of the unit works very well. However, the dehumidifier function leaves quite a bit to be desired. It just runs 24/7 and doesn't get the humidity down below 55%.

Arizona is HOT and our AC went out so we got a couple of these. They work great. Easy to assemble & operate. They are recommended for smaller rooms but we still had good results in a larger room. One at each end of a larger area worked great. They are easy to move around & cool pretty quickly. We were hesitant with the price but it really was worth it.

I bought it during power outage for hurricane Helene, to work with my generator, was easy to set up and cold felt good after sleeping in the heat for 5 days without power and water. So far so good it cooled a 12 x 14 room plus a walk in closet and even by bath . 6000 btu

Great Portable AC especially in hot weather

Great little unit it cools my 160 sqft room no problem ,The trick is good Insulation once you have the room weather sealed properly this little guy cools in minutes.

Cool air comes out but didn't cook our 10x10 room while being connected for 48 hours only cooled it a few degrees

It works if the outside temp is 90 or less with 20% or less humidity.

We Bought this unit from Home depot July of this year.

The instructions are only so-so but luckily it’s super easy to set up and works really well. I have to admit it’s pretty noisy but I’m use to a fan being on so that doesn’t bother me. I’m very happy with it.

My unit arrived with physical damage but I put it together anyways bec of the heat wave. Works effectively enough, but does take awhile to get cold.

Arctic cold and library quiet.

The set up was very easy to understand and it went in the window just great. It also started cooling immediately and I’m really happy that I bought this item.

Easy to vent out the window and has all the proper parts. Working very well.

Used it for a bedroom much larger than 10by15. Worked fantastic. However I have casement windows so I had to configure my own venting system

Had to exchange for a window unit

The two units we bought keep our whole house cool. We love them.

Have to empty water constantly, a/c doesn’t cool very well , takes up a lot of room !
