The fridge is advertised as dual zone but when the temperature for one zone is set, the other zone changes to match that setting. Also, the instruction manual control panel does not match the one on the fridge I received. Beyond that, the wine is cold and tasty.

Died after 1.5 years

One day it worked, the next day it didn't. If I unplug it and plug it back in the screen lights flash for a brief second and then it goes dark and doesn't work. Was happy with it before that. Now I have to figure out what to do with 50 bottles I've been aging.

While just plugged it in, it appears to have good shelving and enough space between racks for some over-sized wine bottles.

Fantastic Wine Fridge and Customer Service

Thank you newair for taking care of a problem i experienced with my 76 bottle fridge. I am very pleased with the customer service I received and attention to my problem. I am now back up and running, writing this review as my many bottles chill. I live in Napa, wine country California and have an extensive collection of wines; additionally, i own 5 other (humidors & ice maker's) from newair which all are functioning perfectly. I recommend this unit (newair products) and appreciate their attention to resolving my service needs.

Worked well... for 17 Months. Now it's dead. I contacted NewAir and described the problem. I was informed that it was likely the control board, but unfortunately they won't sell the part. They recommended that I purchase a new unit. I feel sad that this will now end in a landfill because the company is not willing to offer replacement parts.

Quiet Operation, Excellent Customer Service

We bought this in Sept 2022 and were very pleased with it. Since we have an open floor plan this unit is close to our living area having a quiet unit is important for us and this fridge is very quiet. We also are pleased with the response when we called customer service with questions. Good product, great customer service.

Amazing Dual Zone Performance

I use the upper area for my sparkling wines and it holds a very cold temperature, while on the bottom I store red wines at a much warmer temperature. The performance of this Temperature controlled appliance meets all my wine needs. I own three of them and can't be happier with the quality of my purchase. The 76 bottle is just the right size for me too. One of them is dedicated 100% for my White Burgundy Collection. The other one stores 100% red wine at the perfect temperature. A very nice feature is a water reservoir located behind the unit, near the compressor. The water helps to keep the inside of the fridge with the right amount of humidity for the wooden racks and corks to not dry and crack. It looks cool as well, specially with the lights on. Definitely recommend this NewAir appliance for keeping the wines in perfect condition. If you care enough for your wine storage, this is the way to do it. Amazing value! It overdelivers for the price.

[Rewarded Review] Mediocre Product, Unacceptable Delivery Experience

This NewAir wine fridge is just barely ok. It keeps temperature well enough, but is noisy doing so, with an irritating compressor whine audible from several feet away. The shelves are cheap wire and "pull out" only a few inches, just barely enough to see the front bottles, with the only way to see the rear bottles being to pull them out of the rack. The front temperature lights are very bright and will illuminate a dark room. So, looks fairly good and works ok, with bad shelves, a noisy compressor and overly bright front lights.

No way to fit in 76

No matter how you configure it, other than removing all the racks, there is no way to fit in that many bottles. Best case 44 bottles. When i asked customer service they said they had no idea and it would take 2-3 weeks to figure it out.

Great value for money. It is a lot quieter than the smaller fridges I’ve had before. It’s certainly a budget option as you can see from the wire shelves and the plastic interior but it keeps the temperature relatively stable and does not look too bad.
