Very easy to install and like design

I like the flat sides cause it makes cleaning a breeze. Did have an issue when i did some plumbing in the house where it wouldn't stop running but i fixed it by taking apart the top piece and putting it back on

The toilet didn't fit because of the bowl/base configuration. It didn't allow for the space where the water connection and the wall were.

While satisfied with the toilet, the installation was a bit of a pain as the suppled toilet flange studs had round ends and were too short. The studs turned in the flange and were difficult to align when placing the unit. I would recommend getting a kit with an extra thick wax ring and better studs. The included seat feels cheap and is not that comfortable.

Great modern looking toilet for compact spaces. Fantastic customer service through Horow. I had a small crack from shipping and Horow sent a replacement to my doorstep in no time. Would highly recommend this product and Horow.

Won't shut off

Just drained my water heater and now it won't shut off. Submerges the float and just keeps on flow. Guess it's time to buy a name brand toilet

I ordered this Horrow compact toilet for a very small bathroom. It us very nice looking and works well so far. Picked up from store and checked it before heading home 1 hr away. It is packed very well and was perfect. Easy to install. Seat could be slightly better but I do love the soft close! No regrets.

It works exactly as advertised. My wife likes the smaller size, yet when I use it, it just feels like a normal sized toilet. The plumber commented on the quality of the included bolts for the floor flange. No cutting of the bolts was necessary. Over all a really good product.

We purchased the toilet and were very pleased with the sleek design and ease of installation. Unfortunately, the duel fill valve came broken. I emailed Horow (the maker of the toilet) regarding the broken piece. Jade with their customer service team was exceptional and immediately sent a replacement duel fill valve without any hesitation. The part came within 2 weeks and was super easy to install. Thank you Jade for your great customer service and ease of having this part replaced!

This is a great toilet. I was looking for something smaller than normal for a tight space that was one piece and dual flush. This arrived a few days after I ordered it and in one piece! It looks European and very chic and modern. i love it! It’s perfect in our bathroom and exactly what I wanted. Our plumber installed it in about 40 minutes with no problem and said it was great! Good price too.

Lots of option for toilets, loyalty of back and forth. VERY happy with my choice. Perfect size for my smaller bathroom, previous one was way too elongated. Couldn't be happier with my choice!!

this one piece is a stylish and functional addition to our first floor half-bath. the daily removable seat also makes cleaning much easier.

It’s my bad for not reading the description but just so you know this toilet is very small, miniature in fact. The description says it is made for small powder rooms not full sized bathrooms. Somehow I didn’t notice and ordered it anyway. I returned it but the quality of the toilet was great and it does look good, just needs to be used for a specific space.

Seems to be working well and we really like the sleek design. It's the perfect size for a tight space.
