This chandelier is gorgeous, and I do not regret buying it. However, here are my buyers beware comments: 1-The crystals are not attached to the chandelier. They are packaged in plastic bags (1-2 crystals per bag) and set in styrofoam trays, and you must attach each and every one after you hang the chandelier. 2-After attaching the crystals, the chandelier is much heavier than the standard 28" non-crystal chandelier. Because of the weight, you may need to add structural support to the ceiling, which may require paying an expert to complete. If you're on a budget, this can be an unexpected cost. 3-If you do have a problem with this chandelier, I can't imagine trying to return it considering how it is packaged. I would not remove the crystals from the styrofoam tray packaging until the base is hung and you know the weight can be supported. Less
