No movement at all in oven. Fries were evenly browned. Very pleased.

I have a convection oven with two racks, that let's me bake two trays of cookies at once. I was looking for something big enough to serve as a cooling rack for the baked cookies. This is absolutely perfect. Big enough to hold a lot of cookies, two cake layers for a cake if needed. Also good to drain fried chicken pieces on, while keeping them warm in the oven.

"Oven Safe Grid" not so oven safe

This bakeware sheet is average at best. It noted the grid as oven safe and it is definitely not. We placed a frozen pizza on it at 400 degrees and we started smelling burning plastic fumes. When I pulled the pan and grid out of the oven, the plastic pieces on the grid legs were completely melted. Makes zero sense why these are are not silicone. Once they cooled, we were able to tear the plastic pieces off. The pan and grid itself is not very heavy duty and no better than an average half sheet. I wish I had just spent a bit extra and purchased a healthier to cook with, and higher quality stainless steel half sheet pan.

Super excited to use this pan. We are a vegan household so we make a lot of spicy cauliflower bites so the rack allows it to get crispy underneath. Ive waited a long to find a good pan like this, so Im excited to try it however it came with two significantly large dents in it. I am going to try and fix them, I just hope I can get it to lay flat.

perfect size for a 16 pound spatchcocked turkey. But also has many other uses. You can't beat Nordic Ware for quality and workmanship.
