Unit does not work

I bought unit September 2023. First weeks a got issues with remote control. Not sure why I did not return it.

Couldn't ask for more.

Luxury toilet seat (you read that right)

This appliance has changed my life! My one and only experience with a bidet-washlet type toilet was at a luxury spa in Sedona. I became an instant covert and had to have one of my own. It is such a delight to be squeaky clean down there at all times. The turbo option is a blast, literally. The heated seat is so welcoming, especially in the cold North East winters.The remote is a little tricky at first. I highly recommend this for a well pampered bottom.

Exactly what we needed!

We already had a different Kohler bidet seat in our Master Bath that works perfectly and wanted to get 2 more for our other full bathrooms. Due to round bowls, the Kohler Novita BH93 was a perfect choice. Word of caution, make sure you have electrical outlet in the location as noted on specification sheet on the website. The heated seat, auto-open feature, and easy to use remote are just 3 of my favorite features. I would never go back to a regular seat, and you won't either once you buy and install this seat!

This would be a 4-star review BUT....

After two years, the seat occasionally starts to FALL after raising. I just called tech support and there appears to be no adjustment possible. The lid lifts all the way back to the tank, but the seat falls short all the time and occasionally when it stops going up, it begins to fall back down. Really like this product otherwise. If someone knew how to adjust the seat - that would fix the issue!

I love it, but spouse doesn't care for the slanted seat - not comfortable for her petite frame.

quit working in 2 weeks. Customer service a pain.

[Rewarded Review] Second time was the charm

First seat was faulty. Replacement they sent was fine. The setup is very simple. Connect a water line and plug it in. Features work as stated. The cleaning is great. Would like to see the settings saveable for different people who use the seat.

So far it is performing as I expected. I hired someone to install the seat, but that may not be necessary. The only feedback I have is the top of the remote is very sensitive and I find that I accidentally hit the top buttons when I handle the remote. I would mount the remote but I have little kids and they would certainly cause chaos with it. Overall, very happy with the purchase and the price during Black Friday sale.

Great bidet seat -

This is a great bidet seat, and builders.com was terrific in terms of fast delivery. However, the remote control with the seat in incomprehensible despite a booklet that 'explains' how to use it. Long telephone waits when calling Kohler still leaves me without knowing how to get the best use of the seat.
